I said it right after the draft that as good as our UDFA class is, we should be asking which of our draft picks will make the team rather than asking which UDFA will make it

We might even have to cut several starters from last year to make room
It doesn't matter how you get there, just get there.

Cut the fat off and get the most talented and hungy players on the field.

CW is gone because while we may have still wanted him we realized he wasn't worth the free agency contract. They got Steele it seems perfoming as well if not better than Collins. We let a 6 sack DE go because he basically he wanted to go and play at Mile HIgh. Jerry wasn't interested in fighting to keep him. Will be interesting to see how he fares with his Chronic lungs and the mile high air.

I am not sure what to think about Cooper but there was something about Cooper and Collins they didn't like. I thought they would keep Cooper 1 more year but I think they thought we have have to look at the WR position as an overvalued position and just draft replacements every year.

I would go at least 4.

Garibay starting Kicker
Bell goes into the #4 safety
Empey/Lindstrom make is backup depth. Farniok is also able to play guard
Hansford will take over the Gifford role
I hope one of the 2 centers pushes Badaze
We need to get better at the center position!

The college scouting department is certainly doing a phenomenal job of bringing us new talent.

On that list provided Jaquarii Roberson being compared to Cedric Wilson ….hope he sticks around if that’s the case . 80 % of his snaps were in the slot at Wake Forest with 17 career TD’s . Could be the Cole Beasley Dak needs in check offs , push Fehoko and Vasher out of the picture .

Roberson might be the player to watch for UDFA WRs.. He has a really high RAS. You can see it on film, too.

Some people obviously aren't aware how deep this draft class was because of COVID.

It's actually really cool we got so many highly-rated UDFAs to come here.

What a dumb comment.

Seriously.

At WR K center and safety Dallas could see some depth to roster with this UDFA list .

I'll take the over. Garibay and Bell are 2.
On the 53 I’ll take over. Including the practice squad I’ll say 4
I’ll take the over. From all reports it seems the coaching staff and FO are wanting to younger and “tougher”.

Ok, should have said 2.5...honestly I forgot one of the UDFA is a kicker and more or less a lock since there isn't another on the roster at this point

So on the 53 man roster, I'd say *one* non kicker is the most likely option, several may make the practice squad...doesn't really matter. My comment was about how uneventful it is to have the #1 UDFA class

Ok, so let's see how many difference makers we end up with. By that, I guess, anyone that can make the roster and contribute on the field within a few years.
Even if Bell and Alec make the rosters as depth players would say this is big upside for cheap play

Forgot about Garibay, I think at least 3 make it I'll take the over on this too

I’d still take the over at 2.5

On avg there is about one UDFA per team each year
We could end up with 2 maybe

If I had to guess, Bell as the #5 safety, with Lindstrom and Drummond on the PS. At best.
