Broadus has insinuated over the last couple of years that MB3 was struggling. Never elaborated. Very sad.

I hope his family is open to having his brain analyzed. Given his playing style, I can't imagine he didn't have undiagnosed concussions.

I can still see #24 running hard and tough breaking tackles and delivering punishment to oncoming defenders.. Granted, his running style wasn't going to be sustainable in terms of longevity, but damn he was fun to watch!! He was also a great weapon for us in short yardage and goal line situations.. Marion, as a Cowboys fan, I thank you for what you gave to this game but more importantly I thank you for being hard-nosed and old-school. Unfortunately your time with us was short, but you'll be remembered as one of those guys that left it all on the field. **Prayers Up** {Rest In Power}

Do people realize that it’s not always CTE?

Sometimes folks just have mental health issues, drug issues, “demons”, and other problems.

I hope you guys aren’t this premature and presumptuous in all areas of life.

Very sad indeed, RIP barbarian, his 2 yard run from the EZ defying a boat load of NE defenders is still green in our thoughts!

Well, that’s cowboys news you never want to read.

RIP Barber.

Indeed. Anyone who doesn't feel a tad bit of guilt isn't human and isn't paying attention.

Just wow. So terribly sad.

What a beast the Barbarian was.

Loved watching his physical style. Hate hearing of his passing.

To me, it doesn’t feel like it’s been that long since he played but it has. Damn sure ain’t right that he’s gone now and way too young.

Rest In Peace

Hopefully, I'm betting it does, because it has to, this will start something for the Cowboys where they follow up with our players after they're gone.

Randle, Barber, there are others too.. And ethically, we just can't keep up with the status quo.

Zeke can't be next, etc.
