Surely they aren't being sold by the Cowboys org...
They would have to approve the logo usage.

If the person who ordered that tried to sneak that by and managed to get buried in it and when Booger goes toes up, he'd see it underground come back and sue the stiff. And then we'd have to deal with him wandering the earth, instead of resting beneath it.

I am hoping when Booger does go toes up, he is cremated and his ashes spread out to sea. All 7 of them.

Hell no. I've been a Cowboy fan for over 50 years, but I would rather people leave my funeral talking about how much I loved my family, not how much I loved the Cowboys.

The only marketing ***** that would give Jerry a run for his money would be Gene Simmons. Who will be the first to endorse a home pregnancy test?

I would think that Jerry’s endorsement of a home paternity test would be more apropos.

I don't think this falls under a logo infringement. Just like the Cowboys Zone members and Dallas fans all over that have their vehicles painted with the colors, name, and emblem- they don't have to pay the franchise to do that.
(Along with a house, business, etc.).
Now if there's a youth league football team that wants to exactly copy the Cowboys uniform-- I don't know about that.
Major League Baseball makes youth and amateur organizations - along with semi-professional leagues not affiliated with their farm systems - pay annual fees to name their teams after American and National League franchises.
CZers - correct me if I'm wrong about this.
