agreed his dual threat is what hampered our offense last year as he looked super awkward when taking off with the ball... he needs to practice that russel wilson slide

Why? There is a shelf life. There is a window. This is football and that window and shelf life is much smaller in the NFL than other sports.

nah bro lol...his shelf life could have got expired a lot sooner if he got hurt again last year... his confidence would be shot that needed to be done

What do you expect from cheapskate SJ trying to protect his 40 million a year investment.It’s not about winning 1st, protecting the family business is 1st and foremost.Everything else is 2ndary.

It was mentioned it would take a couple of years for him to return to himself 100%.
I know he said he was healthy, that's not it. It's the time spent preparing for the season he missed out on.

To me, this is a big "prove it" season for Dak. I think he's going to be fine, but we need an entire season that is great and not hald a season. Same goes for the entire offense to be fair.

His confidence is already shot.

That's a part of the reason he played so scared last year. I don't buy the injury excuses, especially late in the year. He just played scared.

Imagine paying a QB of Dak's skill level what the Cowboys paid him knowing that it would take a couple years for him to MAYBE not be terrified to use his legs.

This team is run by doofuses.

We might never make the playoffs with Dak at QB again. It's not a given. These things aren't guaranteed.

So why waste a playoff birth by being scared to use him correctly?
