I considered it but the sound of creaking and breaking bones is hard to shake.

That and I'd have to call a lunch break before one 40 got completed and worry it might not be.

The cones could be problematic. "Hey, come back! HEY, TURN AROUND AND COME BACK!!!!!"

And I could measure the verticals with a slip of paper. "OK, I have to be able to slip this under at least part of one of your feet".

"Hey coach, how many reps have they done with the 2lb weights"? "They're tied at 0".
:lmao::lmao:

If they're nearly as good as the scouting staff that preceded them, we'll be glad. They've got tough shoes to fill. Let's hope they do.:thumbup:

why change the overwhelming success...."we like our guys" works;)

It has worked out wonderfully well for Jerry and Stephen. The Cowboys are worth over twice what the Broncos sold for. For Jerry, it's more yachts, more helicopters, more planes, more land and office spaces to lease. Yep! working out just fine for the Jones's

does it really take a genius? Its been 26 years man. I think a few of us in here can hold our own.
I don't know about that.

If it was up to some of the guys here Randy Gregory would have broke the bank, Dak would get extended already, Tyron Smith would be released, Schultz would reset the TE market, and we'd give Sean Peyton a $130 million dollar contract.

Promoting from within
its the Mike Fisher school of thought. Cling on to the guy that cuts your checks long enough, tell him how friggin right he is all the time, tell him he knows FB, run with his talking points, and yes, YOU, even you can advance your career if ya play your cards just right. I imagine the scouting dept isnt much different than the team media down the hall from Jerrys office.

I am in on Schultz. Lest we forget how difficult it can be finding anther guy that is sure handed like him. I aint a Randy fan. I wanted him 2 walk. Glad he is gone. He is a dumb player. Sean is overrated. Tyron should be traded like 3 years back. I think he retires here likely this year. I will be shocked if he makes it thru camp actually. The wire is poking thru the tread on his tires.

Schultz needs more than 1 good year for me to be in on him.

Randy I'm not a fan of, never was, don't like his attitude at all.

I'd like Peyton and believe he is an upgrade over McCarthy, but I don't see him as THAT much of an upgrade. I think he is a tad overrated.

We should have drafted Tyrons replacement years ago because he can't be trusted. When he plays he's still the best guy we've got for that position though.

Well said. Agree, except for 10% of what u said on Schultz. I think he and Dak have a chemistry and its clear. Its worth having him here long-term if the $ isn't 2 crazy. I think we drafted Ferguson for a scheme change, not 2 replace Schultz. I think we like the idea of having a New England style TE set where we can run 2 Te's at ya and each can make plays. We wanna be bigger and physical in the trenches so this scheme adjustment makes sense. People get 2 caught ^ in the fact we drafted Ferguson 2 replace Schultz. I never thought that. I like the idea and what we are trying 2 do. Its great for Dak and Zeke.
