Earl Campbell and Barry Sanders had way worse olines and woulda broke single season records last year.

But I think we needed some upgrades.

I just hope Linderbaum doesn't turn out all pro or surpass taking Smith. Especially if we turn out weak at center.

The center talk sure has been quiet though

Linderbaum is the best center to come out in the last decade. But we have biadasz so we’re good

Dallas showed zero interest him. I don’t even think they interviewed him. Kind of pointless to harp over something that was never going to happen

Barry Sanders actually had 3 all-pro OL. 2 when he was drafted, and they drafted an OL high that was one of the better ones in the draft.

Emmitt had ZERO...as Nate newton said they were nothing until Emmitt made them pro bowlers.

Emmitt had the much better line for most of his career. But the Lions Oline wasnt bad by any stretch.

Our oline was still pretty good at run blocking last year than what they get credit for. Esp before Jarwin got hurt. Js

Are you surprised? PFF is only a thing because it is being pushed hard by NBC. I believe it is tied to them since they always list their rankings when SNF games are airing. The guys working for PFF have zero idea how to judge players and rank them. Their metrics are convoluted and subjective at best. There is absolutely no way at all this OL is a top of the league OL and has not been in years.
