You could put 90% of the starting QB's in the league behind center during that stretch and they would have the same or better record.
There should be no argument about how weak the NFCE has been for a while. I don't know why anyone would bring up a winning record against worst division in football as if it proved good QB play.

there is a difference in comparing aikman and staubach to romo and dak to romo. romo and dak played under similar rules.

true but passing records are falling across the league (to less than legendary QB's) simply because all organizations adopted the pass first and go for big shots mentality.

Dak was playing seriously injured during that game. Dak had a fractured index finger in his throwing hand, plus he had a torn labrum in his throwing shoulder before the game even started. Even then, Dak didn't play thar bad. But, of course, you Dak haters have to look utterly ridiculous blaming Dak (while playing with multiple injuries) for thar loss to the Eagles in Philadelphia late in the season. Truly shows how ridiculous y'all have become.
With all due respect, the Dakazoids like to play both sides on this one. If the topic is Dak is becoming injury prone, then he wasn't hurt for that game. If the topic is Dak can't play in the clutch and was outplayed by a QB in Wentz who was throwing to practice squad players, then the excuse is he was hurt. I'm not saying you are guilty of this I have no idea, but that's the tendency I've notice.

Every team in the Least is improving, those stats will not stay one sided as they have been..this has been discussed multiple times as to what the issues are with Dak. He can't beat good teams, and has to prove this has changed or we are doomed

You have some of these coward *** idiots who'll blame Dak for teams gutting our defense for 200 yards on the ground and he'll also be blamed for our entire team leading the league and penalties. Watching some of these clowns pretending to know football is better than watching Netflix.

Oh and are we back to wins being a QB stat or no? Last I remember losses were on the team.

Need a score card to keep up with this anymore.

The record against the East is Dak's. The record against other teams is on the team.

Duh.

Romo could win a game at the end or keep us in it. With Dak we had zero chance against NE, Buff, Raiders, Broncos, Saints, Packers, etc

might wanna take NE out of that it starts the thought off wrong.

I feel we need to start saying Jerry Jones is 25-6 in the division, 28-27 against the rest of the NFL and 1-3 in the playoffs. Jerry built the team, paid the team, sets the culture for the team, hired the coaches. So why are we either praising Dak or bashing Dak when it's unquestioned who is responsible for the team's performance.

Amazingly somehow Dak or Romo has been killing this team for 26 years when it's glaringly obvious that cant be the case.

They have been absolute garbage, while Dallas was so much better at pretty much every position. And the only real time they played against a team from the NFC that was good and it was a matter of the playoffs was in 2019 and Dak choked against the Eagles.
Weren't they in the playoffs last year?

Weren't they defending Super bowl champs in 2018?

I think you may be exaggerating just a bit...

So injured he threw 44 times and the team ran only 13 times. They put the game on Dak’s arm against 3rd string scrubs at CB and as usual he choked. His fractured finger and torn labrum must have healed miraculously over the week considering he threw 4 TDs against the scrub Commanders in a meaningless game.

Would love to see an injury free season for Dak, no excuses, nothing other than healthy performance to measure performance, no more excuses to cloud the stats.

Second or third string... they are professional football players who are paid to play in the best football league in the world. Next man up. But since we're bringing up backups and 3rd stringers... I haven't seen any threads or posts of you talking about how Dak has played without his best o-linemen at times, shuffled o-line, and even undrafted bookends playing at the tackle spots. Now whats worse playing against 3rd stringers or relying on undrafted tackles to pick up stunts and effectively block for you??? Exactly...

Dak has earned his share of blame, I think we all know that but its amazing how much worse our offense looks WITHOUT Dak playing.

Oh yeah, did i mention how many big plays or 3rd down conversions Dak had called back because of false starts, offensive PI, hands to the face, holding, or illegal formation??? We lead the league in penalties but im sure thats Dak's fault too somehow huh....

So what if Dak is 25-6 against NFC East opponents! We don't care about NFC East titles! We can't beat anyone else in our conference in a playoff game.

Was talking about 3 or 4 years ago when NE wasn't starting a rookie QB. Dak had something like 4-5 drives to score and couldn't get the ball past the 50.
