Similar to them getting Harris last year. Wont be a top end starter, but should still give some quality play. He has missed alot of time though
check out last years championship game and you may change your mind...he was trash...

So the usuals will whine we didn’t sign him, just because they are desperate to get some player signed.
Then they will turn on him and say, why did Jerry pay this bum that much.

Or mid season say, this FO sucks why did they sign this guy. You all know the routine and drill.
trolls make this board garbage to read anymore...

Too lazy to research myself, wondering though why SF let this DB leave, thought he was playing well within their system.
checkout the horrible miss play he had against the rams...nuff said

Nothing. Just as we have done for most of free agency. The roster is set.
The roster is far from being set, but patient enough to let the camp battles begin at this point to determine who deserves a roster spot.
Only so many snaps to go around, and safety/DB is already at capacity.

So the general consensus was the 1 play vs the Rams, alrighty then.
Yeah thats it...take a few moments and look at his statistics last year, complete trash...great response by the way" The 2021 season saw Tartt post his second-worst grade of his career (57.5), and he's yet to elevate himself beyond this expectation."

You’d cut a second year player with room to grow for a maxed out vet who won’t even be a top 3 S on the team? Is he gonna play ST? Wouldn’t make a lick of sense to cut Muku for Tartt.

Tartt and Hooker are basically the same in terms of status. Vets who’ve had some injuries and have minimum deals. They aren’t developing players they are stop gap starters. You don’t cut a developing player for a guy who’s not developing and will barely play anyways. 4th safeties rarely get snaps on D, mostly ST.
Hooker got vet minimum last year coming off Achilles surgery. This year he's getting 2 yr 7 million plus 1m in incentives. Tartt compares better to Kazee. Made minimum last year and started, but original team didn't want him back. New team signs late in off-season for 1 yr vet minimum. Although Kazee signed with Steelers two months ago.

I confess I had pop tarts a time or two from Kellogg of Battle Creek , MI but I hardly suspect the Eagles signing this Tartt will make any difference to either Dallas or Philly ….pass the cream cheese I’m having a bagel with my coffee thank you .

Think we’re gonna give a youngster like Muku a chance. Bell is a dark horse but a bit much to expect from a rookie UDFA.
I think the both you mentioned are more box safeties, they could use another Free Safety. With Quinn's history, I wouldn't be surprised if he converts Bland to the position. This yr we are ok with Hooker and Wilson, but it's a future need.

Decent veteran safety signing for the Eagles tho he's not putting them over the top or nothing.

It's funny how mad our fans get when another team signs a player they have heard of....chalk it up to frustration over us not signing any fas I guess

I say we panic, run in the streets naked and raid the bars for easy to grab liquors before we burn out in a blaze of glory!
I haven't had a decent tazing in weeks... Cry emoji.

Risen can't run naked in the street; although, he has started a 1 minute per day exercise program to get in shape with hopes to do it soon...this is a rare pic of him without his Carson Wentz Eagles jersey.
