No question JJ has failed to bring championships back to the fans. All successful organizations have functional departments. JJ is no different. Jerry can chew gum and operate multiple businesses. Jerry’s poor talent evaluation is the problem. It looks good currently but of course I’m not expecting a SB

Leave the man alone. He's a self made Billionaire & because of Mr. Jones, the Cowboys remain top dog in the NFL world wide whether they're good or bad.

Jerry has his Owner cap on. He is making sure that the Cowboys stay relevant, reach new markets and has longevity. Brilliant really. The Cowboys are going to be around long after we are gone. GM..... nobody is in the office.

I mean can it not be as simple as this guy owns a stadium (partnered with the city of course) and he is using it for a world event to make money for he and the city during the off season..again why is this a big deal?

He brainwashed them into yearly automatic payments to his businesses. Probably made minimum of $27,000 off each one.
