L O L. These dudes ALWAYS tell on themselves.
Mcintyre is a NYC kid and he had to toss out he was betting on the Giants which is hilarious.
Well the Giants only have to win X games...
8.. They have to win 7.5 or 8 games for a person to win that bet.

so expecting the Giants to improve by 4!!! games is the smart bet?

dude, get out of here with that nonsense.

I am a strong believer there are times when subtracting a player actually makes the team better. Xavier Woods was a great example of that. I think not resigning Kazee this year will have that effect to a lesser degree. But I would not have put Randy Gregory in that category, not La'el Collins. Cooper, definitely. But, not without a replacement. Unless Tolbert shocks the world, I do not think they have a replacement for Cooper's talent on the field.
Randy Gregory was arguably the worst starter on the field in the playoff game. Replacing him is an improvement even if it is Dorance who was simply better last year. Randy rated 104th / 119 ED rush defense according to PFF which we can back up with our eyeballs.
La'el Collins is a very talented OT but he had massively underperformed his contract. Over the last two seasons, Collins had missed 21 of 33 possible games because of injury or suspension. Hard to call it a true step back to have a guy you didn't have anyway.
Cooper is a quality WR. He's just not a top 10 guy. And he is 100% declining. So Dallas does take a small step back here by moving a guy a year too soon as opposed to a year too late.

If Dallas has continued to draft really well they will be more than fine and possibly improved.
If they can't get anything out of this draft class year 1 then yes it is a step back.
I tend to think a 1 game drop off to 11-6 is about right but 10-7 also very possible.
As usual Vegas is pretty much spot on; making this one tough.

Lol. Jason McIntyre is the same Fox analyst "ripped for possibly the worst NFL mock draft of all time". That said, don't fall for his hideous articles/comments & predictions.

Although there may be a bit to say about our up and down tendency from one year to the next, it means little. We'll have a healthy QB and some good receivers to help our cause, although, a bit less than last year. I'm expecting a slight downturn in our 2022 success but hopefully not much. Let's see what we'll do to rebound from a tough offseason. Lots of young talent is available but not as much experience. We'll see.

I think people are underrating Randy Gregory. Last year Gregory had only 6 sacks but he also only had 145 pass rushes. That is one sack every 24 pass rushes. He had 1 QB hit every 8 pass rushes. He 1 hurry every 12 rushes and one QB pressure every 5 rushes. I am not saying he is a top 10 edge rusher but aside from his occasional bonehead plays, he was a fairly disruptive guy off the edge. The combination of Gregory, Lawrence, and Parsons was very threatening to opposing offenses. People thinking Dorance Armstrong is going to replace that are dreaming IMO. Maybe Fowler can be that guy, but he hasn't been in the past. But my point is, Gregory is not one of those guys who makes the team better when he leaves.

But we'll see how things work out once the season starts.

Bet you wouldn't be calling him an idiot if he said that Dak was the best QB the NFL has seen in the past 50 years.
But God knows you would have, (called him an idiot), in a heartbeat if he had said that.

Your saying the Eagles havent gotten better then they were last year?
Who really knows. We won't know any of the answers until we see them,(or the Cowboys), play. Injuries have a lot to do with it especially on the Cowboys side of the ball.
