I have no problem with swagger, he has that and doesn't have to flaunt it. When you flaunt it, you're looking for endorsements.....I guess I can understand that.

Again, just me but it's natural for some players vs others coz of their personalities. In other words, I'm guessing this is who he's always been. We are just seeing it on a different level. So I see it as just part of the package.

same. guys have wanted an alpha male on the D for how long now? this is what comes with it lol
He has to play to match it though. Can't let fournette catch game changing throws on him like he did last game.

He took a year off.....if he was a true football player, he would have played.....he's enjoying the limelight and looking to get paid....as long as he keeps producing, we'll all be happy....Jaylon talked a big game after his probowl year....he got paid and disappeared

Do you mean the college year off for CV-19? I think most would agree he's a better player than Jaylon Smith ..........LOL

You seem angry ..........
Not at all, I like him and he was my pick from the get go because I saw him as part of the answer to the run D. I was relieved when Horn and Surtain came off the board and not happy when they traded down.

And the young man couldn't be in a worse market for coverage and a mic in his face. There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance.

However, I understand that he is being coached by his agent on his value right now. That happened to Prescott after his rookie season.

I would rather have him help this D shut down the run. I think he should recall he had himself matched up with the playmakers from the other teams and he failed to contain Samuel in the playoff game. He should have remembered Belichick's advice "just do your job".

I am already getting tired of his talking. He should let others sing his praises and he should know that if he doesn't have help on that D, every OC can negate a one player D.

He had a great year but when the chips were down in the only playoff game, he wasn't even the best LB on the field.
Once again, this is probably a case in which he was specifically asked a question, and all he did was answer it

Suppose he does break the record. How does that change the feelings for some of the people who left "less supportive" posts in this thread?

I'm not saying nobody has the right to their opinion, just asking if they'd still stand by that opinion after seeing him back it up.

I love that fact that he wants to be great....but, I wish he flew a bit under the radar.....teams have a year of film on him and can gameplan accordingly....especially, if he keeps talking. I like the swagger, but tone it down a bit. Just my opinion, don't attack me, I'm a bit ornery this morning..looking for a lost calf.

A lot of young athletes could learn a lot from Teddy Roosevelt.

Some of you old decrepit fossils really need to shut up. Micah can talk about his lofty goals all he wants to

We will win this game against San Francisco and you can put it in three inch headlines.

Jimmy Johnson called a radio station and said that prior to the championship game against SF.

So when it comes to the things people say, let them say it. They'll either look like fools or geniuses. The results will tell the tale.

I'm good with him wanting to be the best player of all time.

But he need's to shut the f up and just do it. Or at least look this season like he may be able to.

Just shut the f up and do it.
