You know how courts work, right? Good luck getting a representative from the Texans to say, yeah, we knew all about Watson's sexual misconduct.
You know how reality works, right?

well I guess not.

Someone not with an agenda is going to look at this and say

"Sure the Texan's knew he was up to something but they closed their eyes and hoped it was not serious."

That is about the best the Texans can expect to be judged unless more evidence comes out.

Anyone familiar with the NFL that thinks the Texans did not have a pretty good idea what their STAR QB was up to is an idiot.

I'm strictly talking about the courts and plausible deniability. I really don't care what the reality is. I'm sure they knew he wanted more than a massage. But proving something that goes beyond that will be very difficult. If I'm the one questioned, all I'm going to say is we rented the rooms so he could get a massage. The reality doesn't matter. Prove otherwise.

Remember going back a few decades when cigarette execs were questioned about the addictive qualities of smoking? The all answered that they did not believe smoking was addictive. Everyone, including 3rd graders knew they were lying. But no one could prove otherwise. Reality is not what matters. What you can prove matters.

NFL teams all over the NFL are fully aware that more than massages often go on while getting a massage. Only thing that matters, were they aware of what he was doing in the room? And how could they? These women didn't speak up until it was a money grab.

Cleveland is paying him a whole lot of money. That franchise is actually worse off than Dallas.

Craziest thing is he could’ve easily gotten what he wanted if he shopped in the right places. He should’ve spent the off-seasons in Thailand
