It's been reported that Dak has been instructed and has been throwing to WRs tightly covered during OTAs for this particular reason. This trend will continue throughout training camp and preseason.

So much for false accusations.

Seriously?
Just asking. Not interested in turning this into ANOTHER inadvertent Dak thread.
Thanks.

all threads are always about Dak regardless of what the title says. even if it says our new kicker...its still about Dak. if you come to accep that then it all makes sense. this board is all dak all the time...literally

I guess a lot of our fans just don't have an educated opinion (or even uneducated one) about other players on this team or trying to make this team.

FWIW, this isn't at all shocking.

Vasher was a 1-time collegiate WR of the year candidate.
Some nagging health and grade issues held him back as an upper classman as did Texas Tech's lack of QB success.

But he is very like Arizona's Antoine Wesley. He can really sky and he is very long at WR. Has plus hands on difficult catches.
But he can lose concentration and he is not very thickly filled out. Built and looks like a basketball player.
Has the same Wesley rebound for a TD type mentality.

I think he'd be the team's top Red Zone target and give you a good sideline guy.
I don't know if he can develop over the middle type stuff but the areas he can help in he can help in a lot.
I'd imagine you could use him on special teams in spots but not sure he can be a key.

Lacke top end speed and isn't a powerful type guy.
Do wonder if he could be taught to block off the edges to get a hand on kicks.

Yep -- T.J. was Texas Tech's player of the century for a while, there! 6'5'' of a long, thin, red line! He might be our redzone target, deluxe!

We have a scary cat for a QB.

With his frame he may be able to hurt some teams

But again we have a scary QB, who only wants to make safe throws. Preferably 5 yards
Except he threw for more yards per catch than Mahomes or Brady. They must be throwing 4 yard passes
Dak was 5th in the league in yards on passes over 20 yards

I’m hopeful on Vasher, his size is something that cannot be coached. but all I can think of is Lance Lenoir

I think they’d love to see him develop
Like you said that size is unmatched
It’s a bit like speed, it creates opportunities that as a player and a team, can be taken advantage of

Only if the Wr shows 5 yard separation he will let the ball go! Can Vasher consistenly get that separation?

Nothing to see here. Our QB sucks and won't be able to get him the ball so let's just get ready for next off-season...
If you give up that easy, don't ever go to prison. Cause they'll definitely take your cornbread and pass it around.

Prescott came ahead of Mahomes, Brady, and Allen in Yards Per Attempt last year. And had a better completion percentage than all of them, too.

How about you just be quiet when you have no idea what the hell you’re talking about?
Lol…you Dak homers live in a different world.
