Dubs picked up Donte DiVincenzo on a 2-year deal. Honestly, don't know much about him.

Celtics get Brogdon from Indiana for Neismith, Theis and a 1st. This is exactly the kind of move I wanted, quality 3rd option on a team where the top 2 average 50 a night. Just sub All Star caliber player

They also added Gallinari. While I would have preferred Warren, Gallinari and Brogdon is a big boost to shooting and ancillary scoring
Those are very good moves. BOS has a really good option and should be a favorite out of the East for sure.

Gobert to Minnesota for Beasley and up to 5 FRP's. Such a strange move by Minnesota with KAT at 5
That one is a head scratcher.
KAT can't guard 4s, The spacing would be shot all to hades with Gobert clogging lanes
I don't see the playmaking for others.
60 mil a year for Bigs is a wild way to do things in this era of the NBA where the best bigs Embiid/Joker are struggling to consistently get out of the first round.
But maybe there's a bigger picture I just don't see.

I do think they need to find big for depth. Timelord has had some injury problems and Horford will be 36. They still have some smaller TPE's (6m to 4 m)they created at the trade deadline, and Pritchard might be enough to bring in a playable big. Wouldnt shock me to see Theis brought back at some point before the dead line

The do have a ton of roster spots available now, and should a min destination for vets, so they may still find some bigs and wings in FA

Im wondering if its a first domino type move, and they may shop KAT. Minnesota has been a bad organization for a long time though, so its tricky to make sense of their moves.

Ainge still has it though lol. I wonder what the long play here is with Utah. They have a nice war chest now to put players around Mitchell

Mitchell is getting traded 100% imo.
It's just about the package he can bring which will be bigger than Gobert.
I think Spida would already be dealt except for the KD stuff.
Thats the next big one to fall. KD changes someone 's team tremendously, anyone else just tweaks it.
I could very much see KD in BOS. Team has large expiring in Horford, really good young players like Brown and/or Smart plus picks.
BOS could offer that type insane package and still be left with the best team in basketball behind the KD/Tatum combo.

I won't even hazard a guess on Minny because that team is impossible to read.

DeAndre Ayton has to go somewhere.

So many dominoes left this off-season.

If I’m the Warriors I’d think about bringing DeMarcus Cousins back. I thought he played really well off the bench last year for the Nuggets. His shooting from beyond the arc was below his career average but he knows how to score inside, which the Dubs lack.

It still amazes me we won the Title with Looney effectively being the true “big.” Fingers crossed that Wiseman is healthy and contribute but I would be holding my breath with only him and Looney as centers.

I dont think he is as good as Bogut was in the early years, but I think Looney is a pretty decent utility starter. Switchable bigs are very good to have, even though they wont up up big rebound or shot block numbers

Looney is great but it’s about what’s in back of him. Bjelica only served as his backup by default because he was the only other 6’-9”+ player on the roster. I don’t think leaning on Looney for an entire season and playoffs is ideal.

KD back to Warriors is latest rumor and if that happens no one cares who GSW plays at Center.
It may be KD then Looney at the 5.

Yeah, I’ve heard similar things but am not holding my breath. Durant is hyper-sensitive and the thought of him reuniting with Curry would only lend credence to the fan narrative of needing coattails to ride. Not saying it’s accurate but I can’t envision him willingly walking into Round 2 of that.

He’d look real good in the Celts uni though.

I think KD has learned you need a championship framework not just 1 or star players to win a title.
I do think BOS/GSW are near top of his list.

Coaching/Front office are very important.

All I know is I am really rooting for a KD V. Kyrie Twitter beef complete with burner account malfunctions.

Also the potential delicious awkwardness that could happen if Kyrie gets traded for Westbrook and Brooklyn drags their feet on a KD trade. Its unlikely to happen, but Kyrie with Lebron and Westbrook with Durant is the reality show America deserves

I see Kyrie going to the Lakers and Westbrook once again changing teams. Harden, KD… That OKC Dynasty That Might Have Been… them boys change teams more than my wife changes shoes.

We have Mavs fans here, are they in the running? Not much D, but Doncic and KD, that’s some deadly offense!

For KD? No they dont have the assets. Kyrie could be a maybe of nothing happens with LA, but Kyrie is always a gamble. Dallas could get in that if the price is small, but I dont think that is where they want to go

I know where there’s a will, there’s a way, but I don’t see how the Lakers can make a trade for Kyrie or Durant feasibly work?

They have no first round picks until 2027 (or 2028?), no tradable talent outside of Davis that actually moves the needle, et cetera.

As a Celts fan, would you entertain the idea of packaging Brown and some picks for Durant? I’d be tempted to.
