PFT implies Watson punishment should be no more than Jerry, Kraft or Sydner

Huh? I was speaking to sexual assault and some of the allegations allege that.

You really do not want to consider what these women are actually alleging.
I know whatever they were alleging was rejected by a grand jury.
I know whatever all but 5 of the women's allegations were, they were all also rejected by the NFL. So you have some inside information? You take these ALLEGATIONS of sexual assault and have already concluded they are 100% accurate.

He got paid...thats why it cant be considered time served...basically he and the Texans decided he was "Benched" for the year.
he got paid..... and? Even if he gets suspended for 6 games, he will still have gotten paid. And 20 of the woman got paid.
What if he hadnt gotten the new deal from the Browns... that somehow changes things in your mind? If so, how is him getting paid relevant to any of these charges or his punishment?

If Joe Schmuck had assaulted some woman and got a 6 month jail sentence yet he was unemployed, would that somehow lesson his jail sentence or is punishment now ONLY about money?

He believes Watson is guiltless and the 24 are all hookers wanting a payday.
I never said a single one of them was a hooker, but they clearly want a payday.
I do believe he hasnt been charged with a single crime.

So you think they're all lying? I mean... all of them?
FACTS: Not one bit of evidence was provided that said Watson used force, threats of violence towards a single woman. He was trying to get them into bed..... is that a crime? Depending on how you go about it, it can be, but apparently not in Watson's case. He flashed those pearly whites, showed his johnson as he rolled over and asked for a " Happy ending."

The investigating officer recommended charges. People from the grand jury have come out saying they learned more about the allegations after the hearing, meaning they didn't have all the evidence. Some of the allegations may be farfetched, but there's still 4 women who didn't take the settlement. Seems like a lot of smoke.
and an officer is just that, an officer. The DA is the lawyer, the DA is the boss. They decide what "Evidence is worthy," and what is not. This is why I always tell people to just shut up if questioned by police. If you are pulled over, give them license, registration and proof of insurance. When they start asking you where you are coming from, where you are going, if youve been drinking... tell them to pound sand. If youve been stopped, they are not your friends, they are 100% adversaries trying to get you to say something that will screw you over.

You deal with stuff in court where there are rules about what is allowed in and what is not. You dont solve a darn thing talking to any cop/investigator. Remember, you are the bad guys and they are the good guys in their view.

DID Bob Kraft get accused of unwanted sexual misconduct?
he had a good lawyer that got a video tape thrown out and without it, no evidence to move forward. BUT, like so many are arguing with Watson, that doesnt mean Kraft did nothing wrong, and Roger just gave him a wink to let him know he had Kraft's back.

That could be it. Or it could be that I am disturbed that you do not understand what you already described was sexual assault. Nevermind that you clearly have not even done a simple google search to look and see what else he was accused of.

I have no wish to cast aspersions and am moving on.

acused.... google that word.

And OJ was found innocent.
Ring a bell?
and unlike most of society who think justice is only served when the jury comes back with a verdict they agree with, I dont try to play God. I take the verdict and move along. If Oj could still rush for 2k yards, Id pray he was on the Cowboys, might even get a 32 jersey. BY the way, this isnt even close to OJ who actually went to trial. Watson wasnt even CHARGED. Whats that tell you?

Wish I could figure out exactly what the truth is. Not sure anyone really knows. This is one huge mess for sure.

Yes it is. In our country Beyond a reasonable doubt is the standard. So why are SO many calling for him to be punished ? That is all I'm asking

Preconceived opinions about who Watson is, not the standard. Guilt beyond a reasonable doubt if a reasonable person has doubt well there you have it.

Damn your feelings

Trying to touch a masseusse w/ his hoohaw is assault? Man, you need to get out more. Hey, I don't like what he did, and he should be punished. But assault? Not even.

There's texts one sent him directly saying she would, "expose him." Apparently one of the women babysat Deshaun's girlfriend and her brother when they were younger. She said he ejaculated at his second appointment with her. She canceled the one he wanted after that and eventually had to block his phone number.

Then there's the lady who he paid $5k to who was apparently finding people for him. Four of the lawsuits were women who said he groped them and touched them with his junk. They had texts between themselves and the lady he paid the money where the latter said she told him off and said he can't treat black women that way. She denied sending the texts but the evidence shows it came from her phone.

Hitting on someone crosses a line when you're pulling out your johnson and ejaculating around them, but that’s just me.

District attorneys are politicians too. They don't get a pass. You should know people can pull strings with those offices. I'm not even an attorney and I've seen it happen.

Sounds like Watson has a good lawyer too.

Disagree on that. This, and Reid1boys' like, are why people are saying you guys think massage therapists are prostitutes.

What on earth makes you think you can touch them with your ***** and it's no big deal? Because they work on a knot in your shoulders?

Watson sent a text to Ashley Solis, one who has her name out there, apologizing for making her feel uncomfortable. He even acknowledged she was in tears at the end of the appointment. She alleges he touched her with his junk. But, she's a massage therapist so... you know... she was asking for it.

Someone so completely out of touch with women telling me to get out more is an excellent example of irony.

Another thing to consider-

Some of these encounters Watson has described as consensual. That doesn't sound far off from prostitution, which is illegal in Texas, right?
