This often happens quickly to backs with his body type, especially when they live a fast lifestyle, too.

He was explosive before he got injured last year and appeared to get his step back. I don't think half of the "fans" on here watch the games.

There were fans on some of the old sites who started screaming that we needed to get rid of Emmitt after 1996-1997. Those people will always be around.. Nothing to be done about them.. but ignore them. If he stays healthy Zeke will pound out 1200-1400 yards this season. My only question is can he stay healthy when 90% of his runs are right up the middle and he is asked to pass block 40 times a game...

If he was injured why was he playing the last game of the season against the Eagles practice squad with nothing on the line?

We had a couple guys on offense that were supposedly injured so significantly that it was causing their play to drop off, but still managed to play in a meaningless game just to break records in Week 18 right before a playoff game the next week.

Perfectly healthy versions of these same players sat out of games like that in the past.
