You've never seen Dak throw a slant? No wonder you don't like the guy you don't even watch him play it seems lol.

"that play reminded me of the Aikman to Irvin slants. QB hits back foot and balls comes out before the WR breaks on his route. We never see that anymore."

Read this again - he's clearly talking about a timing route. Aikman was great at throwing to a spot, expecting the receiver to be in that spot to catch the ball. Can you say Dak is as good as Aikman on timing routes? No, you can't.

Its not about liking or disliking anyone as a person, but I will point out what I perceive are deficiencies as a QB. Others like you choose to just ignore them.

Wait, is this "Cowboy Lover"? One of the bigger trolls on this site? Ahh man I almost didn't recognize him because of his name. Well you got me. I took your bait troll. Good job.
It is. I never tried to hide it. So because we disagree I'm a troll?

Who is trolling who...I;'d say.

Disagreement doesn;t make one a troll. Coming in bashing our players? Takes one to know one I guess....as they say.

I never bashed Robinson OR miles. Matter of fact...miles was one of my favorite cowboys. Didn;t say ONE BAD word about either. But YOU have about Romo. Troll!

Not sure why you gotta do this. You just keep coming at me. Wat the ...why? This is what you do to be happy?

I suppose I didnt contribute enough in other threads?

You are ALL in with making Robinson and Miles the heroes. Good lord.
I’m really not you’re just too sensitive. I wasn’t even talking to you but I’m not wrong am I ? Romos your boy and you will defend him and zeke at all cost
I was actually just telling the poster the point you were saying without saying it and again I’m not wrong am I?
You see you jump on folks all the time for their Romo and zeke takes because you don’t appreciate that other fans don’t like them as much as you do even called him a hater
And then you go all sensitive when called out on things and this time I didn’t say a word to you

I never mentioned Brady. Now you make up lies to soothe your guilt.

"lack of accomplishments". Dude....please.
I said you elevated him to Brady status...not Brady....change your name back to "Cowboy Lover" you had more sense then.

Romo had no accomplishments. Deal with it. No rings. Not many All Pros.....

I said he's bussing a nut over a slant and you initially replied "Dak never does that". I don't care about Dak being Aikman. The hell? Two different QB's. If Dak had all the HOF'ers Aikman had maybe he too would have a ring. If he had Jimmy Johnson instead of Jason Garrett maybe he'd have more as well. Maybe Romo would too.

Who in the last 25 years has rings? "not many all pros".....who has?

You were doing pretty good bashing Romo and me until now. You revealed your flawed logic. According to you, we should be fans of VERY FEW Cowboys of late.

"romo has no accomplishments"

Romo leaves the game 29th all time in passing yards. He is 21st all time in touchdown passes with 248. And, using a favored stat of some quarterback cults -- you know who you are -- Romo is fourth all-time in passer rating at 97.1.
He averaged 7.9 yards per attempt, which ties him for fourth overall with Rodgers, Ben Roethlisberger and Kurt Warner
The best example of all of how Romo was mistreated by the fans and media came on Oct. 6, 2013. The Cowboys lost to the Denver Broncos that day in a 51-48 shootout. Romo went toe-to-toe with Peyton Manning that day, and was better. Manning threw for 414 yards, four touchdowns and one pick. Romo threw for 506 yards, five touchdowns and one interception.
Well how does a 38-17 record sound? A career winning percentage of 69 percent puts him approximately 11 wins per regular season—good enough for a playoff every year in the NFC.
The winning percentage of 69 also puts Tony Romo ahead of legends like John Elway, Dan Marino, Johnny Unitas, Steve Young and Kurt Warner. It is also better than current stars Brett Favre, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees and better than any quarterback to have begun his career since Romo took over in Dallas.
With a career completion percentage of 64, Tony Romo currently ranks seventh all time in that category.

  1. With 8.1 yards per attempt, Tony Romo currently ranks fourth all time.

By comparison, “gun-slinging” quarterbacks like Brett Favre and John Elway, who both average 7.1 yards per attempt over their careers, are a full yard per attempt behind Romo.

  1. With only 3.0 percent of his passes being intercepted, Romo is tied with first ballot Hall of Famers Dan Marino and Troy Aikman—neither of whom would be criticized for throwing “too many interceptions.”

That number is also better than John Elway, Kurt Warner, Ben Roethlisberger, Eli Manning, Warren Moon, Jim Kelly, and Johnny Unitas—just to name a few.

  1. Total 4th Quarter Statistics

    353/554, 4812 yards, 34 TD, 17 INT, 99.0 QB Rating

I could go on....but haters gonna hate no matter what ya do.

That's interesting. So I missed it but when did Amari Cooper, Randall Cobb, Dalton Schultz or Cedric Wilson get released? Y'all attack Dak even in Laurent Robinson threads y'all are sick lol.

not a Dakota thread…..even though I mentioned him first.
