Garibay has to be really terrible to not be the K
IMO Farinok beats Biadasz
Ferguson #2 TE
I expect a lot out of Sam early on

Surprise cut is the toughest question. Guys like Hill or Basham don't really qualify.

Best guess is Sean McKeon.

Saw every snap Jake Ferguson played in college. Great kid and a decent college TE, but he will take time to have impact in the NFL. Jake is slow, Jake gets owned by stronger defenders, blocking needs to improve. Jake is not a big YAC guy.

Jake is a high quality individual, but it will be a bit before he can become a high quality NFL TE. McKeon is your clear #2 TE.

Harper, although I can see a scenario where he’s valuable enough on special teams to make it.

I think the questions are more like:

Is Sam Williams legit to replace Gregory? Does Dante Fowler have anything?

Did Biadasz get stronger? Can he get smarter? I agree with you is Farniok a legit threat to take Baidasz's job?

Will Tyler Smith be ready to play week 1?

Will Tyron Smith get hurt before the season starts? Who emerges as the swing tackle?

Will Gallup be ready for week 1?

Who out of last year's rookies will make the biggest improvement of his rookie season?

Will Kelvin Joseph get suspended/arrested?

Which LVE is going to show up this season? Is Jabril Cox the real deal?

I think a vet RB is needed. Odds are Zeke or Pollard will get dinged up... Think last year..

Good questions. Do they have to be a yes or no or a straight forward answer? As some depends on other factors we don't know until we see the actual TC and PS games.
But here it goes.

I will say yes, as part of this may also answer the last question.
Can Goodwin make the roster on ST's play alone, again. how will Mukamumu do, Wright at CB, he may be the odd man out there (looking at total DB's kept here). A lot depends on if Joseph gets suspended or not as well.

I will say Brown, it is his job to lose.

They do seem to like to keep all of their draft picks. But Clark stays on PUP, so really does not count.
Bland or Harper, even throw in Ridgeway. But could also throw in Bohanna from last year in the mix. Though I know that is not part of the question.
I need to look at the roster in more depth to think about it. I usually do by now, but didn't want to spend too much time on it this year.

Probably the K with the strongest leg. They seem to like that over shorter length accuracy.

- Will Matt Farniok be a legitimate challenger to Tyler Biadiaz
If given the chance, but I don't really know, so will say no for now.

Pencil in Ferguson, but McKeon not far behind. Hence, using pencil. But someone needs to take away Jerry's crayon.

DE by committee here until one emerges. I will say Fowler to start, I think he will surprise people. Rejuvenated with Quinn.

As above with the DB's, Mukamumu or Wright or can we say Goodwin also.
I will also say McGovern, or they will attempt to trade him.

Yes - Bell was their UDFA priority target. Kids got great measurables, and he is a long and strong type, 6'2" and last reported weight 212lbs , 33" arms and ran a 4.41 40 so the reason Bell went undrafted wasn't from his lacking excellent profile, Bell went undrafted because he was a Florida A&M Rattler, that hasnt sent a player to the NFL draft since 2013. Bell is one of my "must keep an eye on" prospects in this rookie pool.

Would be surprising that much would be available that is worthy of sticking this early, but would not surprise to see some RB3 churning until teams start making some required cuts.
Zeke and Pollard need to stay busy, and they will, but its rather absurd not to have an improvement at RB3, too many bumps and bruises in camp and a longer season means keeping your stable of horses at RB as fresh as at all possible.
I want this defense taking it out hard on some bottom feeders in camp, not my 2 primary backs.

No real impact guys, I don’t think Dallas wants to spend. Maybe a safety or injury replacement who technically starts for you, but will have little impact on the 2022 standings.

Damone Clark to the PS. You have good LB depth, and I think Devin Harper will be better on Special Teams.

I think it'll be Joseph. He's a seriously talented dude.

Almost certainly. Teams don't draft 1st round guards to ride the pine, and I don't think the coaches love McGovern.

Da'Ron Bland. UDFA type talent and we have a pretty deep CB room.

Based on practice, Garibay seems to be the favorite.

I think Fowler just by experience, but the staff likes Armstrong and Sam Williams should be pretty pro-ready after 3 big years in the SEC. When it's all said and done, I'd expect RE snaps to be a pretty even split.

James Washington. He was brought in mostly as an injury filler... Tolbert looks good to go, so if Gallup is far enough along in his rehab, I could see the team releasing him rather than paying him to be the #4. [/QUOTE]
