Belichick always trying to be different in order to be relevant.
"The Hoodie" doing his thing.
Spurs and Dejounte Murray recently parted ways (traded to the Atlanta Hawks).Sounds like Coach Popovich.
He's got his thing and he's going to do it, but without a Tim Duncan, or a Tom Brady...
He's just a coach.

So if another team wanted to hire one of his "assistant coaches" to be their coordinator, isn't it technically a promotion? In the past teams couldn't gank a coach in a parallel move like that.
Just a coach? Didn’t do too bad with a rookie qb and giants legends didn’t carry him on their shoulders for nothing as a d coordinator……Brady is goat but there’s a reason they got 6 together and you could argue the first one was far more Bill than TomSounds like Coach Popovich.

If Jason Garrett had been New England's HC, Tom Brady would have zero Super Bowl wins prior to going to Tampa Bay.Sounds like Coach Popovich.

You could change Belichick to any of the following and your point would still be accurate (unfortunately):
Jerry Jones
Stephen Jones
The Dallas Cowboys
...Glass houses and all given that he, post Brady, has as many playoff appearances and wins as we do in that timeframe.
Won't even bring up the differences in the 20 years before that.
