I have never panicked over any of this WR stuff. I will leave that up to guys like you.

Lamb, Gallup, Tolbert will be the top 3 guys. Washington would have gotten some PT early with Gallup out, but its not like this guy was supposed to be a world beater.

It would have been a big mistake if we signed him for big money. 1.3 is joke money.

You probably thought we'd be fine with Hurns, Gallup and Beasley a few years ago too. And then the Cowboys learned a painful lesson and had to trade a #1 pick for Cooper because the WRs were so bad.

WR is a concern heading into 2022 especially with it being unclear when Gallup might be back (and as history has shown, it often takes some time for guys coming off serious leg injuries to find their groove again).

Half the forum said it, Albert. AC reiterated it in this thread in the post I was responding too.

He didn't suck against Philly in 2019? He wasn't given a pass for that by many here because of the shoulder injury? Pretty sure those are factual comments.

2020 speaks for itself.

He didn't suffer a calf injury in 2021 and his "slump" wasn't blamed on that injury? Pretty sure those are facts.

He didn't play very average in the PO game and his calf injury wasn't blamed for that? Again, pretty sure those are facts.

FYI. Once you start talking about "agendas" you come across like a junior high drama queen. And here I thought you were an aging drunk. My bad.

So lets just say that Dak played poorly because of his shoulder. Which is a dumb excuse. The rest of the team played poorly as well so to blame ONLY Dak is just another one of your agenda rants.

You are a registered troll with a Dak hate agenda. That is a fact.

Nope that was obviously stupid. The WR by committee was laughable.

In fact I told all you trolls over and over again how a QB needs a #1 WR. You blamed Dak for that entire first half. Then Cooper came and we went 7-1 and mad the playoffs.

The conversation you butted into was specifically about Dak's injury history.

My comments were on that topic. All my comments were factual and can be easily verified.

In typical junior high drama queen fashion you take the comments completely out of context, attach your own meaning to them and whine about something that you, and you alone brought up.

I honestly can't tell Roy. Are you an old drunk or a 13 year old drama queen?

You cant decide where the money was placed for the sake of your argument. LOL

Paying a receiver like Cooper 21 million when you have Lamb is the stupid move. Not just about money either.

Letting Cooper walk was the 100% right move. I was proud of the FO when they did it.

But cry on all you want.
Cry? Lol. If it's about the cap space, why haven't they used it? Have you seen what other receivers have been bringing in this offseason? $21m doesn't seem like much in comp. Fact of the matter is the offense got worse when 19 left town, the FO did very little to replace him, and did nothing to make the team better with the cap savings...but please, feel free to continue to defend an obviously stupid move. I'm as optimistic as they come and have a bad feeling about this.

Only injury that had any big affect was the broken ankle. Your new agenda to paint Dak as an injury prone QB once again gets punted.

And lets not forget your hero Romo who was somewhat injury prone.

I blamed Dak? LOL, I was one of the ones ripping Stephen Jones for trying to sell that BS to the fans about how WR by committee was the way to go. That was an awful decision just like thinking Lamb and a gaggle of misfits and rookies will hold down the fort. They need to bring in a veteran WR.

NO its a great move!! And like I said its about more than money. And the money part extends 3 years, not one. But who wants to pay an injury prone, faint hearted leader, 21 million per year for 900 yards and 8 TD's when he is holding back your true #1 anyway?

Im getting the feeling its all just too complicated for you and you just want to cry like a baby about it. Go for it!!

You really are jumping off the ledge. Lamb, Gallup, Tolbert is a very nice1,2,3. And when you add the fact that Shultz is really the #2 pass catcher on this team its a great position to be in.

As if Cooper was some kind of mega star that we cant do without. Lamb will make him AND you look like a chump.

Cedrick Wilson's new contract with the Dolphins was not much.

$22,050,000

Current Contract
Cedrick Wilson signed a 3 year, $22,050,000 contract with the Miami Dolphins, including a $2,750,000 signing bonus, $12,750,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $7,350,000.

Cowboys could and should have easily been willing to keep him for basically $7 mil/year. He would have been worth it.

Instead, here we are going the super cheap route with an injury-prone player who is now injured once again, thus placing our WR crew very thin. Nice mess this front office created.
7 million is not bad. Could have been worth it.

If you are really quiet you can hear Amari Cooper laughing his *** off.

Because Washington hurt his foot? LOL

Yah, I'll bet he isnt. He is probably trying to figure out how he is going to catch passes from whomever is going to be playing QB for the first 6 games.

Oh no doubt, they will definitely wait too long if Washington is out. Or they'll decide they are find with Lamb and a bunch of rookies and has beens.

It'll start to look like when they thought WR was in good shape with Allen Hurns and the Misfits, only to have to blow a first round pick for Cooper.

So Cooper and a bunch of misfits is fine, but Lamb and a bunch of misfits are not?

OOOOPS!!!! Thats called shooting yourself in the foot.

Difference is Gallup and Shultz arent misfits and Tolbert will make a fool out of you.

Personally I look forward to all of it.
