The punishment banned them from the facility, representing the team, etc.. I know it's pie in the sky but what if the rest of the organization could operate for a period of time like other organizations operate. People doing their jobs of running the team, making decisions and communicating with the public while ownership is unseen & unheard.

Or was it widely known that he wanted to be in Florida(family reasons?)?
