I just watched this tonight before I saw your post. It was great to look back on one of the all-time memories of my life. I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing.
One thing that stood out - how in the world did we ever watch football without seeing the clock? Without seeing it (like in this video) you never get the same sense of urgency and drama as when you see it ticking down.

All in all, it was a great watch!

Tell us about 95.9 cents a gallon for petrol!
And about your date with Stella Stevens!

That is why i said Pearson is the best #88 the Cowboys ever had. You saw all the clutch catches he had besides the Hail Mary. Irvin close second.

Stella is hot but I was always partial to Joey Heatherton...can't go wrong either way.
Joey was too receptive to bad boys. A meteorite!
No. Stella Stevens is really something in an action movie, and singing with Jose Feliciano you got no complaints.

Pearson is a worthy candidate. Irvin, worts and all, remains supreme.

Great piece of cowboy history.

It was also interesting that they were having trouble snapping the ball and switched centers on that play.
Fortunately there was no pre-snap penalty with the new center like we have seen so many times with our current team.

Credit coach Landry for having everybody prepared even the backups to step up in the most dire of circumstances.

Discipline a lost quality in today's kinder gentler NFL
