No thanks. I play lawn mowing simulator every Saturday in the near 100 degree heat. Don’t need to re-live it. :eek:

Batman Arkham Collection (all 3 Batman games) are on both Xbox and PlayStation for $8. I snagged that up. I absolutely love the Batman games. I'm going back through and completing them/finding all the riddles.

Just a heads up for anybody that may be interested, :thumbup:

So as I wrote above, I completed the free portion of Starcraft II and had a blast doing it, and low and behold, Amazon Prime offered StarCraft 1 Remastered for free to all Prime members this month. So I eagerly downloaded that game too looking to relive my great memories of that classic. All I can say is I probably should have just held on to those memories. Starcraft 1 is a lot more dated than I remember. 20 years makes a difference. Yikes.

Yeah, I found out last second too. When you log in, there is a section up top called "Your Prime Benefits." Would definitely encourage anyone to try it out. A lot more than just free PC games. Makes the service worth it by far, because HBO Max, Disney+ and Netflix all still have better exclusive content.

I really shouldn't buy Madden this year. Think this was the first year I stopped playing Madden right after the season ended and never bothered playing again. Usually I would play up to June/July.

Yup. I'm sure most are like us but end up getting it cause it's football. Barely any updates to the actual content. Still can't believe we have less options in Franchise than we did over a decade ago.

Gone are the days of simple realistic franchise details like RFA and contract loading.

Microtransactions- worst thing to happen in the video game industry. Especially sports games.

I've been doing the same with the Call of Duty franchise for years now. Guess who has Modern Warfare II preordered? :laugh:

That's what I miss about the Madden games too; the simplicity. I miss just firing it up and going right into a simple team season and playing it. Now it just feels so convoluted with weird franchise modes and micro-transactions. I just don't care to collect the player cards, build players, or play coach. I want the current roster Cowboys on a 17 game season. lol

I do enjoy The Yard though. :D

Yeah in years past, Walmart would have Madden or any new game $10 off the week it comes out but you have to purchase in store. I don’t think they are doing it this year because they are giving away steelcases with purchase.

I guess the best time to buy Madden this yr is bf or when the season is about to end because they come out with the injury free rosters around that time.
