No, being satisfied and paying money for a mediocre team and raving about how good the training camp experience is ....wow...what a cowboys fan...in the meantime the rams went to two Superbowls and win one....yeah complain about lack of toilets

Jerry owns you. He conditioned you. You could have said nothing but you chose to write a thesis about lack of enough toilets at the rams training camp...

Hey your cowboys won the training camp experience championship. Houston that up!!!

And hey I like playing with myself. It's fun....

Amateur
You sad little person. I've been a fan for 45 years, and have had good years with many bad recently. I watched 4 Super Bowl wins, and yes, I want to see more. We all do. I said how Jerry knows hw to make a good experience for fans. How does that exactly mean we will not win the Super Bowl? How does making fans miserable for camps equal Super Bowl success. I'm still waiting for your big brained answers while you type furiously in your parents basement.

In fricking Houston.

LOL!

It's weird reading how a good or bad fan experience at TC is somehow an indicator of how a team will do that season or that it affects the players in any way. So if Jerry tried to give the fans, not players mind you, a less pleasant experience, that would just about guarantee a deep playoff run, that somehow the comfort level of the fans at TC is somehow affecting the players at TC? Dak will be more accurate if I had to wait 45 minutes instead of 10 minutes? Zeke will get that lost step back if he knew I had to pay for parking, instead of getting it free? Gallup will be a 100% for the season opener if I have only obstructed views?

If this is the case, and it seems so by reading many of the comments, make it more miserable for the fans then. $100 parking, 10 mile walk to the gates, heaters and heated benches for the fans during the 100 degree days, warm beer, congealed nachos and at the end of practice every fan has to line up while Rowdy kicks every fan in the pigskins. Superbowl bound baby!

Seems like it would just be easier to wear my "lucky socks" than that other superstitious nonsense. :muttley:

About sums it up for some of the children posting here. We should all have discipline sticks or something to whip ourselves into penance with Jerry Jones handing them out or something for self flagellation to bring the championship. People here are weird.

I am a sad an pathetic fan. You nailed it. But that's only half the story. I am worse than that grand papa.

Now reach in your mouth and take out the hook from Jerry casting his bait because you bit and you bit hard.

I am not in my parents basement, I live in the garage next to the garbage can...free food you know. Basement would be an upgrade.

Amateur oldy but goody

Have you picked a gravestone yet?

One thing Jerry doesn't know is how to select a quality toupe. His looks like a patch of old blanched astro-turf circa 1980.

Don't you think jimmy had a hand in creating that circus? He allowed his team to have a coke/hooker house right next to valley ranch. Then bailed on his players and left the culture
Is this Smalls Jones?

Took a trip to UC Irvine to attend the Rams camp today, and will never go to a Rams camp again. Practice for the Rams starts at 12:30 local time and runs until 3:00 during what is the hottest part of the day in California, vs. Cowboys practices starting at 10 or 11 in the cooler Oxnard climate. That's just the start of it though.

Both times I've been to camp in Oxnard so far, I've been able to find free street parking about a 10 minute walk from the gates. UC Irvine you are not going to find any such thing, and pay $18 for a 15 to 20 minute walk from the gates. Once I got to the gates there was a huge line line. Rams fans were making comments how it felt like standing in line for Space Mountain at Disneyland. Total time standing in line was 45 minutes. When I went to the Cowboys camps on July 30th, and August 3rd I was easily in the camp within 10 minutes. To be fair, I have the United membership, so experience might be different for non-members.

I get through the ticket check in finally, and get to the metal detectors. I have an old zippo lighter that is my lucky lighter I put on the tray before going through the metal detector. Security looks at it, and tells me I have to throw it away if I want to go inside. I am dumbfounded. No way in hell I am throwing my zippo I've had for years. If it was a bic, I wouldn't have cared, but not my zippo. Cowboys camp they didn't have a problem with it. Rams camp. Rams rules. They tell me to go take it back to my car, but give me a stamp so I don't have to wait in line again.

I finally walk into Ram world, and it is grossly over crowded. Last Saturday I thought there were a lot of people at Cowboys camp for the festivities. Rams camp was easily 2 to 3 times the size of that crowd. They just kept packing them in like sardines. By the way, once you are in past the games, you have about another 10 minute walk with the crowd to get to the field. I got to see Stafford do a few plays through much obstructed views before they pulled him. It was about 40 minutes before I found a spot where I had a great unobstructed view. People were already leaving, because it looked like they already had enough with the over crowding. I stayed in that spot about 40 minutes before I had enough. It was hot, not much fun, and this isn't my team anyhow.

So we have 2 to 3 times the crowd of the Cowboys camp of last Saturday, long walk, long line to get in, can it get any worse? Yes. There are also fewer restroom facilities for more than twice the amount of people. No lines for Cowboys port-o-potties. Very long lines if you have to use the restrooms at Rams camp, and not much for washing stations. I thought lines for concessions and the shop at Cowboys camp were silly. The Rams say "hold my beer" when it comes to that.

I actually feel bad for Rams fans after seeing their training camp experience vs. what Jerry gives us. Say what you want about Jones, he does an A-1 job with his training camp. I'm supposed to go to Chargers training camp on Wednesday, but now think I will just attend Cowboys final practice day in Oxnard on Tuesday. I live in central L.A., and Chargers camp starts at 9:00 AM. I don't feel like waking up with the birds to fight through L.A. and Orange County rush hour traffic on a trip to Costa Mesa. I'll do it next season, and do it right by staying somewhere in Costa Mesa the night before.

If I see Jerry on Tuesday I'm going to thank him for choosing Oxnard, and running things the way they do at camp. Just no more mock practices please.

Is this a troll post? If not this is the stupidest thing I've read in a while.

You are complaining about paying for parking in L.A.? You have to pay $50 to park at cowboys stadium.

You are complaining that it's crowded? Lol. They just won the SB. They have training camp at home, in L.A. you know, the L.A. Rams? How flipping crowded do you think it would be if Dallas, who hasn't been been to a SB in close to 30 years, held training camp in DFW? Where they would probably charge for parking I might add.

Then you complain about the heat? It's California, toughen up.

Oh and Zippo lighter? Grow up. Time to stop carrying childish things. It's security, deal with it. Don't go out in public if you can't leave Teddy at home.

Well Jerry has had 27 years of experience running fun camps. That's all he is good at, running fun camps and commandeering the party bus.
check this nugget out haters,

Jerry in 31 years as an owner, 3 Superbowl wins, 4 NFCCG appearances

Rams 85 years been to 5 sbs only won 2, Thats two in 85 years, the constant lovefest for the flavor of the month sb team to putdown our own team is tiresome.

sure teams do it better then any team ever, not chance, not close. so jerry in 31 short years regardless of drought, has surpassed 85 years of Rams existence.

keep stuff in a true perspective. cluelss fans here keep trying to make this drought other teams have gone through a constant narrative and its busted daily..

eagles 60 years 1 sb win, KC 51 years between wins, cinci 31 years between losses no wins

i mean 18 teams since 1996 also have not made or won a SB..

odd when real facts using NFL as a whole are used, its not that bad..persepctive use it ..
.stop the hate on our own team and players already!!

And yet the Rams do things to win SBs. Maybe making it uncomfortable for the players helps their conditioning Week 16. Listen I know the post was about fan experience but it also comes across as the “comfy” confines of Cowboys practice bs the brutal Rams camp. JMO

Maybe that’s one of the problems with the Cowboys their training camps are too much fun for fans and players, camp carnival. The Rams are coming off a Super Bowl win.

The atmosphere around training camp has become more carnival, circus like every year. Not sure that’s conducive for building a championship team.

He shared his experience and HSO (hot sports opinion) on the reasons Jerry knows how to run a camp vs the LA Rams. I pointed out that every single thing he complained about is ridiculous and gave valid comparisons on why its ridiculous. I never called him a name, i said all of his actions were stupid and childish. He himself might deserve to be called a name but I refrained from that.

If you don't want to be ridiculed at the town square when voicing your opinion then make some freaking sense. Otherwise you look like the town fool spouting off non-sense.

If you would like to point out which topics I am wrong for calling him out on please let me know.

-Cowboys Training Camp not in home state vs LA being at Home and comparing Crowds
-Weather being too hot in california
-Paying for parking in L.A.
-Not being able to bring a Flammable/Flame creating item into a secure facility
