Twitter is actually a useful source of news and information if you just follow accounts for that purpose, which is far more appealing to me than sifting through NFL network shows and news broadcasts on TV. If/when something happens you get a report. You're not required to respond to it.

Where it becomes a problem is when you engage with randoms and get into useless debates. It's even worse for folks looking for validation from randoms. That's where the toxicity becomes a problem. Use it like me and no one even knows you're there.

Twitter is also for teens and people seeking echo chambers. It's no better than the garbage that is TikTok.

I agree with him. Twitter is a cesspool. The world was better off without it and Facebook. It is not about whether or not you can take a little criticism from people. The question is why bother. Everyone is a critic these days.
