Maher went 16/17 from kicks under 50 yards last season. Was 11th best kicker in the games he played. I'm not a fan but I'm also not going to come on here and remind everyone how much I hate this team over it either.

I’m sure when he’s missing kicks and they pan to those idiots in the box seats they’ll look completely shocked and disappointed! This team is just a brand.

Team comes up short, Jerry and Stephen act like they didn’t see this coming at all, mccarthy will be fired, they’ll sign Peyton cuz lord knows this team is only good at selling hope. Rinse repeat.

He also holds the Cowboys FG distance record at 63 yards.

I doubt he will be our kicker on opening day but the outrage is laughable.

Your memory is spot on. Big leg but terrible with accuracy. Going into the season with poor kicking is a big problem.
