So far, it seems defense is ahead of offense in practice against each other. That can be typical, so many say don't worry.

It is hard to determine whether either group is good or bad until they play someone else.

It will be interesting to see what transpires between our depth vs Denver's. We may get a better feel for whether our defense is pretty good or our offense is pretty bad, or a bit of both.

If I had to guess, I'd give it to the defense being good. I don't think our depth on offense is going to do much.

Don't know where you are getting your information from, multiple sources including a few people I know who went to Oxnard said both sides had good days and bad days. Plus, we don't know what they are implementing in practice when it comes to strategy so speculating about it spreads misinformation, which is what these forums(not just this one)are really good at.

I don't think it's hard to determine at all.

The offense lost some key pieces while the defense didn't.

This was expected with the loss of Cooper, Wilson, and Collins for those that know how important they were.

We'll only find out on cut down days.

Not difficult at all who is gonna have to carry the team this year, the defense. Dallas will need a top 3 defense to make it back to the playoffs. That's how inconsistent the offense will be, especially against the other playoff teams. You need some key big plays by the offense to win in the post season. The team as a whole is still not ready to compete for the big Enchilada.

We're really not missing as much as we think on offense.

If the defense makes a marked improvement, which I think it will, we should be a better team.

Whether we'll have a better record to show for it is a different story.

“ Now, can we let him practice against Tyron Smith? “ in the same sentence. ( Terence Steele)

LOL!

(Remind of the time when my son played in the peewee league , he was DE , in practice he kept disrupting the plays and the HC ( who was OC also) benched him for a while so that they can practice a couple of new play designs. The DC was consoling my son ,who didn’t know what did he do wrong , ha ha. )

May be Moore should ask Quinn to give Micah a breather so that T. steele can practice.

I'll be pleasantly surprised if the O comes out with a bang.
I'm kind of with you.
Too much talent left and I don't trust Kellen to compensate, nor Dak to raise the ceiling enough.

But I've been wrong before and that's why the games are played.

We'll see.

I think Wilson is going to be a bigger loss than some like to believe.

Yeah, he wasn't the 1, 2, or 3, but he stepped up and played big when guys were out.

We could really use him with Gallup out.

OUR DEFENSE NEEDS TO GO AGAINST SOMEONE ELSE then we will see how good they are

Corso--- i am hoping Houston might be a receiver that comes out of nowhere so we dont have to pay big bucks for a quality receiver...but honest opinion remember 2018 when we went out there

with sruffs....and when we paid #1 pick that turned our season around....from 3-5 tp 10-6....honest opinion we are in much better shape than 2018 right?:

I will celebrate any breakout player for our team.
Houston could.
A few others look like candidates.

We'll see.

Seems like we have several of these types of threads.
Think we need to see some preseason action before we know.
