The decision makers are at the top, which does not include position coaches.

But position coaches do show favoritism. It's just human nature.

On no other team would a guy like McGovern be taking 1st team reps over first round pick Tyler Smith.

Philbin wasn’t here when the scouts drafted McGovern. Never understood why that’s relevant

I hate Philbin too. He should just shut his pie hole and be lucky he still has a job. The OL is still gonna have problems this year under his tutelage. Another wasted year.
