Not sure he has the touch to really excel as a talking head. Look at Emmitt. Just because you are a great player does not mean you can be great at something else.

I’m confident Brady will be very good but no one tunes into a game because of the broadcaster.

Not so sure... Brady for the most part is kinda monotone except in emotional games. He would somehow have to ditch the normal talking Brady, and turn on the on field Brady.

Edit: On second thought... Brady just wins.

It is not about money for Brady. Despite being the best QB in the league for almost 2 decades, he has never demanded the top salary. He makes way more off the field than he ever made on it. He will do whatever he wants, and he can't be bought.

I have watched several games over the years that I really had no interest in, just to listen to Madden call the game. Years ago, I watched some terrible games because I liked Dandy Don, who was as entertaining.
