Jerry’s soul is in every cash register where a ticket, jersey or trinket with the star on it is sold.

he sold that years ago, and his sons, daughter, grandkids, and his illegitimate kids.

Exactly.....Jerry cares far, far more about being the #1 sports business than winning football games. It is just that obvious

Can't agree with you there.

All you have to do is watch the video after the last SB win, he was grabbing for and fighting Switzer for the trophy for all he was worth, the "I won a SB without Jimmy" elation. Then of course the "yes but it was Jimmy's team/players/system that won" talk began, and Jerry realized that was probably true. So he really didn't win without Jimmy in actuality.

The problem is Jerry HAS to have the lion's share of credit or he won't feel he has "his" SB win. I'm sure he knows there are GMs, or GM candidates, out there that could do a much better job than he does. He even alluded that that with the "I would have fired myself years ago" comment. And that while maybe somebody could do better at GM, he's still a darn good one and surely as smart as he is he'll eventually win a SB. So there's no urgency to hire a GM.

Maybe if he gets a diagnosis of an illness that will be the end of him in a year or two or so, he'll get desperate enough to change his ways.

But make no mistake about it - he wants another ring as badly as anybody, it consumes him daily. The man is a multi-BILLIONAIRE. He has more than enough money, it's "fame" that he wants....

Answer: Watch the games, blame the referees and say "Dallas is going to the Superbowl" every season, like blinded fanatics do. Ohhhh and buy the latest jersey ( I don't anymore but keep Jerry in business)
