Road team favored; trying to drum up more action on the Cowboys.
If the game was at Raymond James Stadium - would the lines be -4.5 and -5.5 for the Buccaneers?

This will shift the week before game time. Depending how they want to swing the action in the house favor.

If I bet on sports, I think I would take Dallas on this. :popcorn:

They know fans read too much into preseason games. The Cowboys looked really bad in their first one so they're chumming the water with that line.

A lot can, and probably will, change between now and game time.

That’s not how lines move and it won’t move significantly barring Brady not playing

This line was out months ago. Way before any preseason action. What happened vs Denver hasn’t moved the number at all

yeah I was thinking it might not be as high scoring as last time due to both teams losing off players.

Unless a major injury happens to a starter or potential starter PS means very little in what happens when games count.

Reality is bucs -5.5 since we actually have no home field advantage with soft fans who sell all their season tickets in jerry world

I'd never bet against the Cowboys, that's why I don't place bets on games against good opponents. :p

But it's football, you alwas have a chance. I mean last year we gave the defending SB champion a run for his money. I'm not saying it's the openener you'd want but in the end its a game like any other. You wanna be a contender? Beat other contenders.

I look forward to seeing Cowboys compete vs top teams. As you said to become a top team you got to beat them. The difference between thinking you can and knowing you can is big, right now I see the Cowboys playing tight vs top teams, looking like a team trying not to lose instead of a team looking to win.
