You may be reading into my sarcasm too much. I wasn't attacking your idea. I'm just really low on our kicking game. I think we need a much better kicker than the guys we have now so I'm with you on bringing in more talent, churning the roster.

I mean there are guys on the 85 man roster right now that everyone knows will not be on the final roster anyway. There is literally zero to lose.

if you give Dicker a chance for a couple weeks and then cut him anyway. No loss.

I’m just suggesting simple bottom of the roster churning that every team does during training camp.

Yeah work him out first. I thought that goes without saying. What I’m really suggesting is the cowboys should at least kick the tires on him.

Yeah I would say having a kicker who shows great consistency is a good thing to have when so many games come down to a FG. Having said that Yes I would bring in Dicker and give him look, Cowboys would have more to gain by doing this than not.
