Yes.

9-1 against non-playoff teams. 3-5 against playoff teams.

This is what they are. They beat poor teams. Struggle mightily against good teams. And more often than not, lose.

That's what they are

Yep 12-5 and you can look at others who went 12-5 and see many of the same results.

Of course they were. They had 8-10 win talent, but played in the hapless east.

Yet the Cowboys were the only team to lose at home on Wild Card weekend.

True but did that Wildcard team beat the 13-4 team the next week on the road? again disappointing sure but not a fluke, SF was just the better team than the 2 teams they beat in the playoffs. unless your saying that both Dallas and GB were deceiving regular season teams.....

I actually think Green Bay is deceiving.

Their QB hides a lot of warts. Neutralize his effectiveness and they are suddenly very average. We saw that in their playoff game. In fact, with one exception, it has been the overriding narrative of Rodgers entire career.

I commented after the season that I thought our 12-5 record was deceiving. We were 6-0 against the NFC Least and we faced several backup QBs that didn’t start the season. Plus our last win in week 17 was against Philly’s backups. I know Parcells said that you are what your record says you are but we were never as good as our record.

Getting beat by an overall better team in the playoffs does not mean your regular season was a fluke....it means you got beat by a better team in the playoffs...why would that make their regular season wins deceptive?

Maybe it decieved Cowherd because he doesn't watch the games and goes off just record? I dont remeber many people thinking that SF would nor should get blown out by either team, they got some players back and many thought they would be a legit contender as they were in 2019 before the injuries.

Cousins I’m assuming is one (as you mentioned for 2021)
Burrow
Rodgers
Brady
Stafford

you mentioned rookie Jones as a legit QB in 2021 as well. Do you believe rookie Mac Jones was a superior QB to Jared Goff, Matt Ryan, Jalen Hurts, Ryan Tannehill, and Carson Wentz?
Jones is rated higher then everyone but Ryan by the quarterback lists. I forgot about Ryan. We played him last season and held him to 3 points. Hurts and Wentz:laugh:. Tannehill is probably more like Jimmy G. My point is the Cowboys played good quarterbacks last season. I don’t know how Cowturd could say the Cowboys did not.

Beating the swamp rats of the league is not the same as beating contenders. They may both count as one win, but they are not the same.

I pay more attention to how they play against good teams. Teams they may face in the playoffs. I tend to ignore beating up on the Giants or Washington twice a year. But that's just me

As Parcells would say you are what your record says you are. The rest is BS

We never looked like a 12-5 team last season which is why we got manhandled by the sixth seed in the playoffs at home. You’re not always what your record says you are. We had a winning record against non playoff teams with average QBs and we had a losing record against playoff teams.

The usual Cowherd Crap. 12-5 is great, as long as it’s not the Cowboys! They win a few games, he’ll say “I told ya they were good!”

It’s sad, instead of rooting for the team to do well for the team, I want them to win so the fake fans go away.

Yeah, every 12-5 team is real, except Dallas. Spot on!

Not every 12-5 team is legit. You’re only as good as the competition you face. We had a winning record against non-playoff teams and losing record against playoff teams.
