Well the Rams won a Super Bowl with really only one decent WR after OBJ went down. So yes Lamb proving he’s only a solid #2 is a huge problem. If he was Kupp the team may have scored more than 3 points

I dont agree, Van Jefferson is a very good starter. Michael Gallup tier

I had doubts about this guy being a number 1 receiver, and this game did nothing to ease those doubts. 2 catches for 29 yards.

Jefferson>>>>>>>>Lamb
Let’s look at him objectively. He’s 6’2 195. He ran 4.49. Solid speed but not great. He’s skinny and can struggle against strong corners. On top of that, he’s not going to scare you deep. He’s supposed to have great hands but has the drops the last 2 years. Are we surprised?

Its hard to judge a WR here with this QB

The same way its hard to judge a coach with this owner

100% spot on. The owner handicaps the coach and the QB certainly handicaps his receivers. Dak is straight up trash that this organization is stuck with.

You could do worse. Green Bay or Kansas City would love to have him.

You think? Jefferson may be the best WR in the game, CD is pretty bad as a WR1.

It's very hard for an NFL receiver to be a top WR without any speed at all. CD doesn't have the hands to be that guy. He's a good #2, but a terrible #1.

Look at this college play. He was a mini Kupp. Unstoppable. But you need to hit him in stride. Nothing he can do with jump balls and balls thrown three yards behind him.

Put him on the Chiefs and I think he would dominate. Dak just doesn’t have the accuracy to utilize his talent.

If you watched the 49er game he was terrible also. 1 catch for 20 yards in 5 targets and that was with Cooper drawing coverage. Parcells 3 year rule. this guy aint it and I hope they dont pay him.

Not a hater, he needs to prove himself. Nothing special pops out about the guy

Who "popped" tonight?

Again, Lamb needs to be better but how effective do you think any elite WR would have been in this offense today? I can guarantee that Cooper Kupp, for example, wouldn't have put up any real numbers today in this offense. The Bucs would have done the same thing they did to Lamb - double/triple him and not worry about anyone else, daring another WR to make a play or Moore to come up with a creative game plan to scheme around these issues.
