Same here. I am NOT giving up my fan status, it's been decades, but I am no longer getting emotionally invested. It's just not worth it anymore.

It's up to the players, the coaches, and the front office to succeed. All I can do as a fan is watch.

I still have Ohio State and USC college football and hopefully the Lakers or get entertainment watching the Warriors. Either of these watches are better than watching the dump fire in Dallas caused by the Joneses. Wish I did have a 2nd NFL team that I liked worth watching and rooting for but NFL? It's Dallas or bust. Been BUST for 27 years now:facepalm:

Status quo off-season and now we have to watch a bad football team until January? No thanks. I’ll pass. I’ll give them a quarter or 2 of a game then turn it off after their 15th penalty and mountain of errors they make while also being a gutless franchise / football team.

Same movie since 2005. What is really troubling is if you are a player in the league does playing for Dallas have any intriguing value left? Of course you'll get paid but do you want to deal with the "what have you" that goes with this? The logo scares no one anymore. They still get prime time games because the fan base of hate is just as large as the Dallas fan base and gets ratings. It's embarrassing.

If by "anything" you mean being competitive for a title that's true. The best they have ever done in the modern era is make it to the quarter-finals (round of 8) in 2002.

That's disappointing. But it doesn't make them the Cowboys of international soccer. At least the Cowboys do have 5 titles. A while ago now. But they are in the books.

Let the sandbagging begin! This season is over for the Cowboys, they are going nowhere. Get the first draft pick next year.
