I think you will see alot of Lamb in the slot with Gallup and Brown outside. I think you may also see Brown used as a big slot as well, especially if Shultz injury sidelines him for an extended period of time.

I think any fight for playing time right now will be for those 4th WR reps, and Houston and Fehoko haven't done anything to stay on the fields when Washington is healthy

I think it will depend when Dak comes back who he has the better chemistry with.
Looks like Rush and Noah Brown practice together all the time and are on the same page May not be the same with Dak.

Lamb is better in the slot, so a smart OC will put him there almost every chance he gets.

Dennis Houston's performance in camp and preseason fooled a lot of our staff. He shouldn't be on the field, IMO. They must believe a quicker wide receiver should be in the slot. And that's why they don't have Fehoko playing there. But like the OP just suggested Lamb in the slot gives us our best chance. I'd rather see Brandon Smith or Simi Fehoko out there instead of Houston.

Its a tricky thing b/c Rush can clearly get Brown the ball. Dak struggles getting Brown the ball. Well, against Tampa, he struggled getting anyone the ball. The real problem is that we clearly do not have a #1 WR.

Gotta love it. Our WRs sucked. Brown was garbage. Yet one mildly good game and he’s the new board darling.

If Houston gets more playing time and Brown less when Dak returns. That tells me even more this coaching staff has no say so in what players play and when.
I agree, Houston should be PS guy when Washington is ready to return. Either Houston or Fehoko. Probably will come down to ST's for one of them.
