Remember this is the man who said this about Brandon Weeden in 2015:

“This quarterback Weeden can drive the ball down field,” Jones said. “He’s a thing of beauty on throwing a football. His passing motion and his arm, frankly, you won’t see a more gifted passer, power, accuracy, the entire aspect of it. If he can basically prepare, be the starting quarterback, come in and execute and keep his head right, then I feel good about Weeden.”

Even Rush didn't take Jerry seriously. I like him. Seems like a good dude who understands his role, puts in the work, and plays to the best of his abilities. Just win, baby.

I wish our owner would take a page out of our player's playbook on how to deal with the media and not cause drama.

Good for Cooper, good job being a team player. I'm liking this guy more and more as well. He's a perfect backup QB. He comes in, wins and causes no drama.

Only Jerry Jones would put his team's backup QB in the position of having to answer "QB controversy" questions, entirely based off of the comments the owner of an NFL team, decided to make openly to the media about a "QB dilemma." Cooper Rush I'm sure is the only NFL backup QB who has had his owner put him in this type of situation.

If you read the quote He is dead on. Weeden looked great throwing the ball. He did not look great actually playing QB.

Jerry could make Ryan Leaf seem like Joe Montana.
