How many of you thought it was over at this point in the game?
How many of you expected Rush to answer back with two over 80-yard TD drives?
How many of you like what you've seen from our offense over the last 2 weeks?

Now ask yourself one question......whats changed?????

I "liked" this thread after reading everything but the question you asked at the end.

Once I read that, I immediately "unliked" it.

Let's just enjoy the win and pause the Dak hate.

Dak and the offense played against the top defense of the league week 1.

Our offensive line is playing very well for one thing it's enabling us to run the ball very well with both of our running backs.

This gives us a balance and helps the passing game The offensive line is also past protecting pretty well and not having a lot of pre-snap penalties.

Our quarterback is playing pretty much mistake-free football He's not taking sacks He's not turning the ball over and he's getting the ball out on time hitting receivers in stride and giving them an opportunity to make plays.

This is also something that is making our offensive line look better tentative indecisive play makes them have to hold their blocks longer Where's them out faster and causes holding penalties.
Other than some drops the offense is really running like a Swiss watch The addition of Jason Peters also looks like it is going to pay dividends

I thought it was over. When Barkley scored I was like, "well that's a wrap, we won't get a TD". I'm glad I was wrong. One thing I would say changed from week 1 is the offense seems to be trying harder. In week 1 and in the 49ers loss ot seemed like the team was uninterested, frustrated, pouty, and unfocused. Also penalties. That's what was discouraging for me. It seemed like they picked up right where they left off against the 49ers. The last 2 games they seem to want to be there, focused, etc. Still having penalty issues but there seems to be more intensity IMO.

That's what I view has changed. Why it changed I have no idea.

I think the addition by subtraction is slowly paying off Collins Gregory amari Cooper I think all didn't want to be here to a degree and it influenced some of the other players.

We also have a good influx of new young players that want to contribute if you stop and think The offensive line has Tyler Smith and whoever is playing guard that are trying to impress.

Also you have the two new young tight ends that can both catch Ferguson seems to be a good blocker also you have Pollard who's probably happy he's getting a bigger role.

Of course there's Cooper Rush and Noah Brown that were stuck in obscurity for years and are now able to showcase their talents on national television.

That's a lot of new and young players that have not become jaded and are out to put their best foot forward and want to win

Hey this was a great team win and every part of the team helped win this game. As much as I hate to admit even the coaching

There is a lot of intelligent constructive things that can be talked about like the defense with all it sacks and leading the league.

Micah Parsons playing through sickness

CDLAM making a horrible drop pass for a touchdown and then coming back and lighting it up redeeming himself

How about our running game 180 yd and Jason Peters first play opening a huge hole for Tony Pollard.

How about Turpin's big return and the fact are kicker is actually pretty reliable at this point.

But no the sensors tossed it into obscurity in the overtime zone because it was easier to do than see how it played out.

That says a lot about what the people that run this site actually think about the members of this forum that they would be incapable of having an intelligent discussion about the game without just bashing DAk

I was hoping for a comeback but also knew if Dak was playing we would be hanging big number on NY, Dak has no issue putting up big points vs NY, the fact that we had only scored 6 put to that points was concerning

Dak put up those points w/ an entirely different WR corps. That absolutely must be considered instead of making blanket conclusions based on inferior analyzations.

None of that. Defense. That is the difference.

True but had Dak only put up 6 by the start of the 4th qrt you would have Dak critics up in arms. Also the fact is was the Giants. Dak and this team lead the NFL in scoring last season and yet all I hear it was against no body, that is who we played last sunday a no body. I love the work Rush has done, he has avoided mistakes and relied on a very good defense. Tampa Bay I believe is a slightly better team than NY.

I thought the Giants were going to pull out to a win behind Barkley's running. It was the exact script they won with the previous two weeks. Gotta give it up for this Cowboys team. The offense responded with some clutch plays and the D really clamped down on the Giants.
