The line in this game is 3 1/2 wait what? You mean to tell me as well as the Cowboys have played and how poorly the "Commanders" looked last week that the line in this game is all of 3 1/2 points. Ya maybe I could see this being the line if the Cowboys were on the road but at home??? Something is very fishy here so stay tuned.

not really
Point spread has little to
do with reality. the money leans one way, hence the points. i guess not enough betters believe in our Boys yet.

yeah, it seems fishy....but really the Cowboys do not have HFA, they lose just as much as they win. Also they tend to play down to their opponents, especially when you expect them to win. I am not a betting man, but if i did, i would take the Cowboys and the points on this one. I think Wince will have a tough time with this defense. Micah is healthy and on the prowl.

I think that’s the factor any time there’s a backup qb in the mix on any team. Too many unknowns for actuarial science guys when you don’t have a big sample size, you go conservative. It’s also a division game, so that can factor.

I’m sure the Bills and Bucs and Chiefs were all wondering about their spreads last week ;). Just gotta go out there and show who we are.

Dallas was tied in the 4th quarter of both of their wins. The games could've gone either way and I'm glad the Cowboys won them, but let's not act like they were blowouts.

The Cowboys are playing conservatively on offense and riding the defense. That tends to make the games close. I don't mind as long as they win.

Some people who study this team daily have no clue, it'll take the rest a while to catch up. They are waiting till the see if Dak is out, the line will go to 7:thumbup:
Seriously people are laughing at us. Beat the Rams and we'll be on the map, beat the beagles and everybody will be on the wagon

Maybe the odds-makers still don't trust the cowboys?
Or anything more than a 7 point win is relatively difficult to predict in the NFL...because of parity.

I expect it to be a close game.

Wentz and that OL are in rough shape, but their defensive front 7 are going to give our backup QB a test.

I expect to win, but only by 3-6 points.

Washington isn’t going to roll over as easy as we think. Their defense is far better than we are giving credit to, especially at Dline.

Washington was missing 2 starting DE's against Philly. They get them back this week. I think they get back a LB as well, and an OL.

They shouldn't. Washington plays the run well. Both games we ran the ball well. Cooper hasn't proved he can make plays constantly behind the chains.

Vegas is betting that Rush will turn back into a pumpkin. We Cowboys fans don’t want to admit this but Wentz is a better quarterback then Rush. If the Cowboys lose or the game is close we should not be surprised.

For what’s it’s worth, I have a buddy who is a line marker in Vegas. He’s close to the odds system and used to be a trader @ OpenBet. I asked him about this. He said this was true 30 years ago, but NFL sports wagering is so big and global now that this isn’t true anymore. I imagine more regional/less liquid books do this but the big books have enough money in play that they’re not tilting odds against the cowboys anymore.
