I’m enjoying the win, but wasn’t our best effort. Cooper made some great throws and I love how he stretches the field, but threw 2 ints wiped out by penalties.
I thought we struggled running the ball and there was some pressure generated, but Washington probably one of the best d-lines in the NFL.
CeeDee redeemed himself this game; he was running great routes and made some nice catches. Why is Schultz even in there on run plays…he cannot block at all…nowhere near physical enough.
Our run defense needs to be better, especially on the right side of our line, but it looked like it was better in the second half.
Our pass rush was great and Wentz was uncomfortable all day; and even though the rush didn’t get to him, it caused some penalties. I think Diggs takes a lot of chances, but no denying his ball skills.
I’m excited to see how we fare the next two games against Rams and Eagles; will be a good measuring stick for us; hoping Dak doesn’t come back until after the Eagles game. I really don’t think he adds anything to the team right now.
