Farniok and the left side of OL was stoved in and allowed blocked XP.

McGovern allowed Rush to be hit too many times. The lone sack was also on him.

TP was lucky not to average negative yardage today.

Absolutely not a starter yet.

Farniok was absolutely embarrassed on the blocked XP.

Here were your Zeroes...

Peters & McGovern were horrible. Struggled to win at the line of scrimmage, failed to dominate that left side of the Oline, and struggled badly to produce any running attack while also getting burned badly at times during the pass.

I called it that it would be a mistake benching Farniok for either Peters or McGovern. Farniok & rookie Tyler Smith had been dominating the left side of the oline for the past 3 games, but right on cue, I said Oline Coach Joe Philbin would tear apart what actually had been working the previous 3 games and mess it up.

Heroes...Lamb. The front 7 except LVE. Diggs. Maher. Wilson. OL. Big Mike.

Zeros??? Really not sure if anyone was a zero today. TEs were meh. Pollard meh. LVE meh. Not zeros though.

Heroes:
  1. Diggs - A difference maker
  2. Lamb - Genuine no.1 today
  3. Gallimore - wrecking havoc
  4. Bland - Int in his first meaningful reps
  5. Rush - Did enough
  6. Fowler - Did plenty in the backfield
  7. Gallup - Great comeback from ACL
  8. N.Brown - Really solid no.3
  9. Parsons - Still a handful
  10. Wilson - A tone setter

Zeroes:
  1. Shultz - penalties, missed blocks and little as a reciever
  2. A.Brown - burnt a few times and some penalties
  3. Zeke - Never really got going
  4. Pollard - No better than Zeke
  5. LVE - He just can’t get off blocks at all
  6. Special Teams - Shanked punt, blocked FG, nothing from Turpin
The zeroes more a case of being below their best than utterly horrible.

How many touches did Pollard have ? Not enough in my book . The run game could not get going the Wash front did a good job of taking it away . Against the Rams the offense going to have to be two dimensional or whoever is QB will have long night .

Farniok lines up right of Center during extra points and FGs.

I agree it was working - why change.

Because Cowboys had more explosive plays when Peters replaced Farniok vs Giants.

The very first run play by TP went for 46 yards on the ground.

Then Zeke broke one for 27 behind left side.

When Farniok is not liability in pass blocking AND is run blocking on big runs then you can crow.

Pollard, Schultz were zeros.

bland, rush, ceedee, diggs were hero’s.

Oline kinda stunk it up too especially in the run game.

Farniok lines up right of Center during extra points and FGs, not on the left side as you stated. You've got it all wrong.

Go watch it again.

The entire OL folded but the guy pushed back furthest was Farniok. Farniok guy did not get the block but he was still abused.

It's not like this is a first time thing.

Pollard was 3× worse than Zeke.

He averaged less than a yard per carry.

And he was very lucky not to average negative yards.

Some of us couldn't watch the game, could you guys give us the "heroes" and "zeroes" of the game - wether that be individual players or units. Thanks in advance.
"Heroes" - Cowboys D
"Zeroes" ...I know they are not part of the team...but the Cowboys fans in attendance at AT&T.
I watched the game on 'STREAMEAST' - crowd was mostly lame until the last quarter - Dallas' lackluster play on offense through the 1st half had a lot to do with it.
Cowboys offense - "Zeroes" - 2 touchdowns, 4 field goals - first two scores were FGs.

Fowler does good with the time he gets to play

Everyone on that front seven gets a chance to be the life of the party each week as long as Parsons remains the DJ. This week it was Fowler and Gallimore’s turn.

Which makes me wonder why the coaches left Parsons in there on junk time when he was obviously clutching at his back. We can make it with anyone missing the party except #11.
