WE opened week 1 of 2014 season with an atrocious performance against the niners. There were also a lot of Niner fans wearing red in the stadium. The amount of crying was crazy. Our 2014 season went pretty decent until some ref said 88 didnt make a catch.
Yeah I'm hoping we repeat history of 2014 and 2018. Both opening day losses that were pretty discouraging and then we got it together for a playoff run.

Trust me, I didn't wait around for someone's permission before I started celebrating this victory.

I generously allowed myself 48 hours to enjoy this before i begin to look at the Rams defense, the Cowboys injury list, the Cowboys position in the standings relative to playoffs, etc.

As far as Prescott & Rush, their name implies an outstanding partnership to take care of my quarterbacking needs. I enthusiastically recommend their services.

I’m still amazed we have done this with Rush. Just shows you good this team is.

Dak sucked week 1 and Rush has won every game since. And you don't want anyone to point this out?

How's this for a different topic, when was the last time a Dallas defense held opponents to less than 20 points in 4 straight games?

I enjoyed the win today.

But I noticed how Washington wasn't respecting Rush. They were playing the run. The big plays for Dallas came off play action.

I believe Dallas needs more offense going forward. When Prescott is ready I believe he gives Dallas the best chance to compete against the better teams that lie ahead. That's why I started the thread about the way Dallas should handle the QB situation.

They had to play the run based off how we've run the ball lately. A good offense is supposed to make defenses pick their poison. The Commodes rightly said that Rush would have to beat them and we scored 25 points.

I'm enjoying every win. When we lost week 1 we looked so bad that I did not think we could win a game. Why and how we looked so bad is not as important as us rebounding and winning 3 straight. When I saw the schedule I thought we'd be lucky to get out of the 1st qtr of the season 2-2. That was my best case scenario. Now we're 3-1. I'm ecstatic. And we're 3-1 while be ravaged by injuries. We have a reason to stay interested in the season. Screw agendas and favorite players. I'm a Cowboys fan and the Cowboys have won 3 straight. This is way better than going 0-4 like I thought we would after week 1. It's been a fun 3 weeks. I'm enjoying it.

and everybody was hurt and the offensive line was bad and we had no running backs and the tight ends were bad. The wide receivers couldn't catch and the coaches sucked.
Then the next games all of this was fixed. Great teams do this.

I agree with most this sentiment, but calling this franchise or team a "great team" is a huge reach. Let's win a divisional round game before were put in that category.
