We got a group of young guys who really helped balance out the offense, although it wasn't pretty, to keep us alive in the first four games.
I don't want to rush Gallup back. In fact, I think you sit him for 3/4ths of the next game, and ease him back over the next 2-3 games.
Tonight, he only came in when we needed a play. And the dude was clutch. With Gallup in the lineup, guys like Noah Brown, Hendershot, and even Cee Dee Lamb end up looking a lot better.
And we scored a season high against a team with a better defense than the Giants, if you ask me. So, I'll take slow improvements over no improvements.
Give it up for this young TE group. Chances are, by the end of this season, the offense could potentially be better with a healthy, confident Dak and a healthy, gelled offense, playing behind a talented offensive line.
Eagles will be the ultimate test next week.
