the guy he was throwing to was being held that kind of plays a big part in the int.
Certainly it had some bearing, but the ball floating into the middle of the field with 3 defenders in position had way more to do with it. That ball wasn’t going to hit a wide open receiver in stride even without the holding. Just wasn’t going to happen. The pressure in Cooper’s face caused that INT and the Cooper was bailed out by the holding.

Never said he would have hit in him stride but WR would have had the oppertunity to go up and get it. I don't think he should have thrown in either but it happens and happens to every QB in the NFL. By and large Rush has done very well and has been able to not throw many bad passes but it will happen as if does to every QB out there

I agree. And I’m not hating on Cooper. He has excelled in decision-making., but that was just a bad one. Like you said, it happens. Pressure up the middle causes problems for any QB. Brady is a mortal with pressure up the middle.

Defense won this game.

Cooper Rush said so himself.

But Cowboys being more aggressive in passing game in 2nd half due to stacked box was a nice adjustment.
Good O-coordinators don't take an entire half to realize something ordinary fans notice at end of first series.

This is exactly the same game plan the Bucs implemented against the Cowboys successfully; and Dak was unable to win the game. He was inaccurate with his passes and forced balls into coverage.

With that being said, Cooper wasn’t sharp against Washington and got lucky that his INTs were negated by penalties, but I liked the fact he kept on making throws downfield and didn’t become conservative.

Well we were gashing the Bucs for 5, 6 yards a pop but Moore chose to stop doing what the Bucs couldn't stop. Thats the Kellen Moore way!!!

Give Dak a balanced rushing attack that Rush is getting and you'll see the same open receivers that you see at Rush's disposal. NOW..... Dak has to get the ball out quick like Rush is doing.

Their game plan was to stop the run and make Rush win the game. Rush did just that.

Yep, credit where credit is due.
All the commitment to the run stuff I had been wanting was done.
Washington did stop the run.
BUT Dallas still showed they were committed to it to keep the Washington defense honest.

Washington played excellent run dee but not good enough pass defense and that's why they lost.

Dallas defense was just the opposite. The first half run dee was poor but got better in the 2nd half.
The pass dee was outstanding all game.

Dallas was the better overall team.

Our defense is showing some cracks in the run D. A good offensive line might cause us problems there.

Yep...and now the Rams have it and will do the same so much better. Philly is watching too.
I’m equally concerned about the Rams running the ball effectively and creating the recipe to match our Defense. On the flip side , these next few games will show just how good our defense really is. As always, We do Have Micah. And he’s primed for a big game on a big stage!! We’re about to find out!

You should start watching the All22 replay. Teams have figured out that if they go for Micah's knees by cutting him he has to slow down. Teams are now trying to
take Micah out of the game and maybe the season.
