Cooper can win in LA if he sticks to what got him here. When they crowd the los quick slant quick in routes. play action don't try to get cute. We have a defense now

Just don't loose it

I think we all know by now that Cooper Rush is a high-IQ quarterback who makes quick decisions but doesn't have great arm strength. The Commanders essentially challenged him to go deep and if they weren't so handsy with our receivers, it would have worked.

He completed one of the deep play-action passes (to Brown, two were interceptions erased by penalty and at least one other turned into pass interference. Those were all go routes.

Even though we scored 25 points with help from those penalties, I would think this would be considered the blueprint for beating Rush. Play the run and the short stuff and force Rush to try to go over the top. With better corner play, there's a good chance you'll be able to catch up before the ball gets to the receiver unless it's a throw like he made to Brown, which happened only once on those routes.
Well some here think he is like Brady

No joke somebody made that comparison

Right. Washington just is the first team that really tried to use his limitations against us, stacking up against the run and trying to get us to go deep. Don't think we can rely on those DPI and illegal contact calls to get us out of that trouble every time. I would think the Rams would employ a similar plan, especially since they have better corners to play those go routes one-on-one.
The Rams and Eagles are gonna expose our offense or defense or both I'm afraid.

Cooper Rush is taller than Prescott. Being a receiver. I think the ball is much easier to find when it’s coming down rather than through or up from the line. You can pick up on the ball quicker. If he only had a strong rum. To make those outside throws. But again it’s all about the system. This is what I wanted them to have Prescott doing.

He’s been OK these 3 games. Probably should have 4 or 5 interceptions as he’s gotten lucky with penalties. Throwing falling backwards more and more. I fear the Rams defense and what they’ll do.

I think we will both take the win and love it though. Definitely has a horseshoe.

It's a possibility ... or maybe we'll expose theirs. After all, the Rush-led offense did score 20 against the Bengals while their last two opponents have been held in the teens (including the red-hot Dolphins ... who did lose their QB in that game). Only the Steelers scored more than us against Cincy, and that's because the game went to OT.

I ain’t scared of either one. Screw the Eagles. The jags should’ve beat them yesterday , They’re not, a half as good as us
I like your bravado! But I think seriously they will be a real test for this young team to use as a measuring stick as to where they stand and give them some perspective going forward.

That’s not remotely true.
If they were just a little bit deeper down field they would’ve been completions. I did like the back shoulder throw to Noah Brown though. At least I think it was a back shoulder

It’s all about our defense. And I think we can score on anybody. This offense of line is pushing people. Washington probably has the best Defense of line we’re going to see. Overall. The Rams have one player. He just happens to be the best in the league. I have yet to see the Eagles quarterback under pressure. Bland digs. I NT

Very true it could easily be the other way around.

To be fair, Dak isn't exactly Terry Bradshaw when it comes to arm strength...or anything else, for that matter.
Then again I think arm strength, like hand size and height, is a little overrated.
How far do you have to be able to throw a football?
Most long pass plays are between 15-25 yards and the receiver does the rest.
History of the NFL are littered with super armed QBs who never made it.

I got slammed a little bit for wanting those field goals to be TDs. If we were up by 14 in the fourth quarter portions would not have almost gotten killed. For simply one reason and I can think of 10 more. But go Cowboys I love that we’re winning with the back up. I can only imagine how much better we will be with Prescott
Rush has struggled in the red zone for sure.
