Right.
That cost the Bengals game against the Steelers.
They had the game won, but their LS was injured earlier and had a TE as the LS, so missed the PAT on a bad snap, or maybe caused it to be blocked, then a missed FG in OT.

I feel certain he wasn’t the only long snapper on the roster, just the only specialist doing nothing else. Someone else was the emergency backup whether it is the center or a LB, someone who did it a little in college. We may just use who we have unless they think there’s another upper tier qualified guy out there.
