Noah Brown is Juju Smith Schuester with deep speed.

He’s also a handful to bring down once he has the ball. Dude is a beast.

Hopefully Dak can get him the ball like Rush can. I just remember the Raiders game last year and the Bucs game this year and if Dak doesn’t have giant windows to throw in he may not release the ball to a guy like Brown.
What a intentionally and badly informed post. Uhhh, hello? After Week 1, Noah Brown has been getting open. So have the other receivers. It's likely due to better effort by the players, better blocking by the Oline and definitely better playcalling by our O-Coordinator, but our receivers most definitely have been more open after Week 1's performance.

Noah Brown is 18 of 27 for 274 yards with a long of 45 yards and 1 TDs.

Amari Cooper is 20 of 31 for 228 yards with a long of 32 yards and 2 TDs.

Factor in the fact that we save $20 million for other players.

And that's a winning move.

Not to mention, the best WR on the team is back, Michael Gallup.

I already have kept weekly update on this, where you been Coooop fan club don't like it.. Lamb is also doing well considering a bad 1st 6 qtrs, Gallups on his way to being productive
we do not miss coop or his 22mil yearly deal.

I wouldn't call that crapping on Dak just pointing out the obvious. Maybe he comes back from the thumb in 2016 form, I hope he does.
Not obvious at all.. one game this season doesn't make new narrative, total fail..daks better then cooper and sorry thats a fact.

It's about production. At the end of the year, he'll be about on par with Amari.

That, and we have Michael Gallup, and there's only one ball to go around.

Micheal Gallup and Noah Brown are better than Amari Cooper, and like I said, there's only one ball to go around, so we had too many resources tied up at WR, in my opinion, and Amari was an 80 percent effort guy on a lot of plays.

We're better off without Amari's "me" toxicity.
So that is your story and no matter what you will never change it, right?

love how some people think their opinions are 'facts'
But then Jerry's fan club has a limited grasp on reality....

I do not understand why a certain group of fans are threatened by Coop.

It was a mistake to release a talented WR just because he hurt Jerry's feelings.

Does not take away from the fact that the the young guys are stepping up

There is also no way that the idiot Jones boys could have predicted that.

I am happy with the outcome but still do not like the gamble they took when we had plenty of cap space.

not opinions 6 years of much more impressive win streaks and experience..sorry that is in fact, A FACT.

we have seen far better football played by Dak , rush hasnt proved thing accept hes better then most thought at not messing things up..and? what 3-0 is impressive, against who?

Dak
2016 11-0 thats super impressive given he was a rookie.
2018 5-0 run late season playoff win against Seattle
2019 started 3-0 very similar to rush and??
2020 Injured but first 5 games put up MVP type numbers, wish we had defense like this and not fumbled those games away, I mean dak had to score 30+ or we lost. Pretty much a lot of daks starts. Our d has never showed up like this and when they do, Dak wins most of those games unless say the OL has 11 penalty's team has 14 penalty's and we cant run nor stop the run..yup all dak huh??.
2021 6-0 run, 7-2 start, 12-5 finish which his alleged slump was 7-4 after the BYE but umm those close losses were mostly due to yup Penaltys, Bad OL play, and defenses also not showing up enough. Missed fgs/xps, drop passes. Only game we were out of was the Denver game and i dont remember the rest of the team showing up and Dak blw it huh??

lets see Rush win games against that type of opponent in that exact scenario. he has not had to yet hes crowned better then dak..

He so far from daks talent, it ironic you think that is not a fact..your eyes and Feelings are lying to you,
good thing all Media, ex layers/coaches, and our players and coaches KNOW what i said is fact and Dak the actual better player and oir starter.

same type of deal with matt castle 11-5 but a Career under achieving backup, Foles same thing , many story's of small sample backups not doing well long term as starters, coopers turned himself into a very good backup, thats great,.,hes not a starter,

Browns are back home for two straight. I expect another back to back 100+ days for Coop

:lmao2::rolleyes::popcorn:depends on the game day weather report and temperature, he will come out and decide if he wants to give full effort that game. wait until Brissett throws to another player too much and Coop pouts and jogs his routes the rest of the game.

Donovan Peoples-Jones has 12 receptions for 141 yards for Cleveland. David Bell has 4 for 47. Those are the next-best receivers for the Browns, so suffice it to say that Cooper is their No. 1 receiver and drawing the most attention.

In addition to Brown. we have Lamb as our clear No. 1 with 23 receptions for 288 yards and 2 TDs. We also have Gallup back.

Comparing Brown and Cooper just based on their numbers is nowhere close to a fair comparison since it does not take into account roles. Being the No. 1 guy is far different than being the No. 2 or No. 3 because you get better matchups and less attention as the No. 2 or No. 3. We should be happy about how Brown is performing and leave it at that.

Not an apples to apples comparison because of the type of coverages they receive and attention they get as wide receivers. But, I am glad that Noah Brown is taking advantage of the opportunities he gets. He seems to be able to win one on one and find open spaces in zone coverage.

As someone else stated, I believe Catch, I hope this continues once Prescott returns. Prescott is not one to throw into tight windows or make risky throws. So Brown will need to get open faster and by a bigger margin until there is a comfort level between the players.
Can you prove Cooper is doubled more than Brown? I ask because there is a little defense called cover two. You're making claims but I'd like to see you proof of those claims. Just saying.

Great post P2R. Noah Brown is playing great and still doing everything asked of him. What an unappreciated player

You bet, I remember Alvin Harper was a very good #2 WR but when he left and was made #1 WR for Tampa things changed, he was no longer going up against 2nd CB he was getting teams #1 CB, and his numbers fell off the cliff.

I don't watch the Browns so I can't provide absolute proof, but it's generally the way defense works. Coordinators try to take away the main threats. For instance, in our game against Tampa, the Bucs often bracketed Lamb, sometimes with three defenders and dared us to beat them with Brown, Houston, etc. We couldn't do it.

We've done a much better job of establishing Brown since then as a threat to beat single coverage. Of course, we haven't faced a defense that played us as well as the Bucs did.

This is both amusing and pathetic.
Find me one real NFL coach or football person that would choose Brown over Cooper.
Jerry and company do not qualify.
Some teams like big bodied WR so they can help the run game while providing a bigger catch radius for the QB.

Oh, and I consider myself a football person, since I've watched so much football during my life. -LOL
