This is the second thread claiming there’s nothing special about the Rams. This fan base is getting more cocky and confident by the day. lol We’re likely headed for a reality check in the next couple of weeks. The Cowboys better be ready to play on Sunday or they’ll get blown out. The Rams need this win and they’re a pissed off football team.

Arrogant teams get dusted in the NFL.
The team that is serious and prepared wins more often than not.

It just takes one game for them to "put it together" and go on a tear. KC started not looking to hot last year then they picked it up.

Hopefully it's not against us

If we see nothing special about the Rams or the Eagles, we should also see nothing special about the Cowboys, especially on offense. This could easily turn into another Tampa game IMO.

The Cowboys learned last season what happens when you get arrogant. They got dusted by an average Denver team with Teddy Bridgewater and were never the same team after that. It doesn’t take much for complacency to set in with the Cowboys. Anytime you’re playing with a backup QB you’re in a tough spot. If we get down by two scores or more with Cooper Rush we’re going to be in deep trouble.

Could very easily turn into another Tampa game. Matt Stafford is struggling but he can get hot at any time and we all know what a playmaker Cooper Kupp is. Aaron Donald can wreck a game so I’m not concerned about us not being ready to play. If we get beat it’s because we didn’t play well.

Yeah there is a belief that Cooper Rush handles high pressure situations better than Dak ever could. But we still have yet to see Cooper Rush having to deal with every type of difficult and high pressure game situation that most starting NFL QBs have to deal with in their careers. This includes whether or not they can keep up with an opposing offense/QB who is going up and down the field scoring TDs all game long. Or whether or not they can lead a team from behind after falling down by double digits.

SO in reality Cooper Rush still has yet to face all of the high pressure situations Dak has had to deal with in his career. Yet the belief amongst some fans is that Cooper Rush could deal with all of the game situations they insist Dak can't deal with.

Never forget the old NFL truth…any team can beat any other team on any given week. The margin between teams with good records and those with bad records is razor thin. This ain’t college fb.

The defending SB champs are beatable. But they are also capable of whipping us too.

And they don't have to be great on offense if their defense does to us what Tampa's did. My hope is Stafford's off and we get some turnovers on defense to help the offense out. I don't see a great offensive game in the works for us, but maybe Rush has a rabbit to pull out of his helmet. The good thing is they have definitely looked beatable, but so have we.

The ones who believe Cooper Rush handles high pressure situations better than Dak are haters or don’t have a clue. Rush has never been behind center in a critical division game or playoff game. He really has nothing to lose with this opportunity because even decent play will keep him employed. He hasn’t played great but everyone is acting like he has because he’s a backup QB who no one expected much from. He’s not making big money so there’s nothing to hate about him. You have some claiming they wouldn’t mind Rush as our future starting QB which is hilarious! Lol Don’t give me wrong he’s played solid but not nearly to the level to make anyone in their right mind want him is our full-time starter.

Rams might come in looking for bear since the 9ers laid it on them. The D needs to show up BIGTIME and the O can't afford any turnovers if they want to be 4-1 on Monday morning!

The Rams won’t have to be great on offense if we continue to have drives sputter out and have to settle for FG’s. Brett Maher isn’t going to continue nailing kicks forever and at some point we’re going to need 3 or 4 TDs to win a game. We can’t just keep putting it on our defense to hold teams down.

Well they have the best defensive player in the league and a top 3 WR plus a HC that is innovative…they are plenty good enough to beat us and have a history of running it right down our throats.
Three of the best at their positions seems pretty special

Stafford has been bad and the oline even worse. Our defense should feast. I expect another low scoring affair.

I'm not sure about the quin, or those metals, but I'm pretty sure we already have an octagonal Platinum guarantee somewhere on the forum.
Yep I was poking fun at that poster.

i thought they’d have at least 5 sacks against Wentz and that didn’t materialize. And the WFT doesn’t have cupp or mcvay. This could easily be a fry right game for them like it was for the cardinals last yr
