Agenda? I thought they are simply opinions, or do just those that criticize Dak have agenda and not the OP in this BS 'stat' thread.

There is a difference in opinions and agendas. I am sure you understand that.

Your mental gymnastics are impressive. If Dak is leading the offense to score points, isn't he doing his job? Not sure how he could keep the defense from allowing more points.
I am just excited we finally have a dominant defense to match with our top-10 QB.
Again,

I'm not impressed watching the offense score 50 on the Eagles practice squad and then get dominated the next game against 49ers in the playoffs.

If you look at things deeper you'll see that we have 5 or 6 games a year where we put up a ton of points against really bad teams. Then we look like a bottom 5 offense against most of the better teams we play.

Stats are deceiving. Winning is not.

They do not understand this logic. It proves their agendas wrong.

With the teams higher scoring average with Dak at QB, and with this defense. This team could go places.
All logical fans know this.
The defense would have had to hold the Bucs to 2 points for us to win Week 1.

Dak played and Week 1 did happen as badly as ya'll want to pretend it didn't.

It was a bad game all the way around.
I will see what happens from here on out.

I will criticize Dak and whoever else if need be.

It would be really nice one day if we got to one day celebrate Dak for playoff wins instead of statistics that have never amounted to anything.

Actually it would be a team accomplishment. Just as it was a team failure.
And yes, it would be nice.

All 3 of those other guys have led their teams further in 1 year than Dak has in 7.

Stop obsessing over stats and expect winning instead.

All 3 of those guys have better offensive coordinators and head coaching too!!! Would anybody disagree???

You also said you'd criticize Dak if we don't score at least 14 more points than what we averaged with Rush.

So that means at least 35 points tomorrow.

We'll see.

This is the definition of fools' gold. Deceptive numbers for sure. Firstly, one of those 4 players got to play in the NFC Least in 2020, 2021. It's demonstrably better this year. 2nd, the other 3 can win some playoff games for sure. I not sure about Dak. 3rd, I'd rather see their numbers against the top half of the league in defense.

All that aside, I will pull for Dak. I hope he somehow becomes the GOAT. Be the best thing to ever happen to us fans. Dak's a super interesting case because of his inconsistency. I think he woos some with his numbers. Turns off others with his laughable games. He's a different player after this injury and after the Denver game. He came up small in the big games. Arizona, when we were playing for the playoff bye, SF in the playoffs, opening night against the GOAT. He's very much in the prove it camp for me. And I lean towards him being fools' gold, but I pray he's the real deal because he's what we've got for a 3+ years.

The only one obsessed is you by posting absolutely fallacious content every time a thread is started about the accomplishments of the Dallas Cowboys quarterback so it fits your narrative. Lol. Nobody cares!

I said 11 points. But in another thread I did say 35 to 17 Cowboys.
And if we win and I am wrong. I don't care.

Who is the OP celebrating, the team or Dak? He's clearly giving Dak the credit for something you just said yourself should be a TEAM accomplishment.

I don't know, different people will take it different ways. But seems mostly for Dak. And if not, we all knew how this thread would turn out.

Dak led offense vs NFC East and rest of NFL 2020-2022 (to parallel with the OP's claimed stats)

2020

NFC East (1 game; 1-0) 24 total points 24/ppg average
The Rest (4 games; 1-3) 126 total points 31.5 ppg/average

2021

NFC East (6 games; 6-0) 240 total points 40 ppg/average
The Rest (10 games; 5-5) 270 total points 27 ppg/average

2022

NFC East (0 games) 0 points o ppg/average
The Rest (1 game; 0-1) 3 points 3 ppg/average

So Dak only played a total of 6 games in 2020 & 2022 (so far) combined but interesting how he racked almost as many points in 6 games against the NFC Least as 10 games against the rest of the NFL.....and interesting the record difference in those 2021 games.
