Amari Cooper has 5 100-yard games with Jacoby Brisset as QB
and also has a restructured contract that Dallas never bothered to
pursue. But OBJ is two years older, coming off a twice-torn ACL,
and he wants more $$$.

(Yes, this or something similar, should be in EVERY OBJ thread.)
Cooper had 2 more seasons after 2022 above 20m per season. Agree, Dallas could have restructured and met him halfway. Seems like his not practicing rub the coaches wrong.

Vet min with a bunch of incentive based $ up for grabs. Protects us and motivates him at the same time.

so you think it makes good sense for OBJ to do a 1 year deal and than reevaluate next year? put down the pipe.
I think that is his only option. Nobody is paying him big money before he shows recovery on the field after the second ACL

well IM pretty sure that he has stated he wants a home, he has made it clear he doesnt want a 1 year deal. So you think the Cowboys would be having him come visit the star later this week to offer him a 1 year deal? I do not.

ACL's are like ankle sprains today.

Also makes it easier for another team to sign him. I doubt the Cowboys are the only club interested in his services.

Giants need WR help and may give him the most $$
they are desparate and will overpay and hes comes home, it will be mistake for them, win-win for us..,hes not as much difference maker anymore.

27-345 yards and 5tds in 8 games not that impressive, Im ok with a team friendly short deal but in no way would i bid high for his services. He would be depth here , insurance but in NY hed be the guy day 1..which does he prefer? having others draw coverage like Kupp and the rams did or go to running team, suspect passing QB, where you would be the main target?

Id make him take less here or not interested...Hes not big Need right now..

I do not recall Cooper refusing to practice.
He played hurt. They held him out of practice.

Jerry will definitely have to pay now for Odell after that 1957 pic being released.

rather stupid comment; he was held out of practices when he was injured; show me he deliberately missed practices.

There's only 7 regular season games left plus playoff games. If they decide they have to sign him, 1 mil per game sounds tolerable. But I have to admit, I'm pretty impressed with the current WR group. Go Cowboys

Current O runs through OL and RBs. That’s what will take us to where we want to go. Adding a high price WR and forcing Dak feed him the ball is a step in the wrong direction.

I agree, Kellen Moore would revert back to passing and screwing everything up.
